You can choose beetwen : 8 isolated Pop / 8-step trick / 8-step move / 8-step routine
When you decided your 8 counts, try to successfully execute it on the 4 differents levels of the music

Level 1 : 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8 - 8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1
Level 2 : 1.8.2.7.3.6.4.5 - 5.4.6.3.7.2.8.1
Level 3 : 1.5.2.6.3.7.4.8 - 8.4.7.3.6.2.5.1
Level 4 : 1.7.5.3.2.8.6.4 - 4.6.8.2.3.5.7.1

To motivate you :
- 1 Track from my last beatapes to everyone who successfully completed the 2 first levels (you choose the track)
- 1 Beatape to everyone who successfully completed the 4 levels
   (2 videos (level 1-2) (level 3-4))

Before be a Challenge it's a really good repetition exercice who need a real concentration
