Mar Monzón is a DJ and producer from Buenos Aires, steadily building a name for herself within Argentina’s electronic music scene. Her first connection with music came during her teenage years through playing drums, sparking a lasting fascination with rhythm. A passionate vinyl enthusiast deeply influenced by funk, Mar blends 90s and early 2000s house and techno house, drawing inspiration from UK and West Coast sounds.

Her DJ sets stand out for their emotional storytelling, organic grooves, and intuitive connection with the dancefloor. She has performed at key venues and festivals including Creamfields, Artlab, The Bow, Crobar Club, Avant Garten, Dune Park, Niceto Club, among others.

Mar also teaches vinyl DJing at Arjaus, passing on her knowledge and love for the craft to emerging artists. Currently, she is focused on music production, shaping her unique sound through a blend of analog instruments, synthesis, and digital experimentation.

Sigal Sade was born in Venezuela and raised among diverse cultures and landscapes, but found her musical home in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her connection with electronic music began at 17, when she discovered the art of DJing and the unique energy of a dancefloor in motion. Now, at just 24, she has already shaped a warm, deep, and magnetic sonic identity within the house music universe.

From the start, house was her natural language. Over time, her style evolved into a flowing blend of deep house, groove, and subtle jazz influences—resulting in sets filled with elegance, rhythm, and emotional depth. Her connection with the crowd is instant, led by a refined selection that balances freshness, identity, and sophistication.

She has performed at iconic venues in Buenos Aires such as Crobar, Avant Garten, and Collage Universe, among others, as well as in private events. Internationally, she debuted in Israel with shows at renowned spots like Teder and Phi Garden.

Currently, Sigal is deepening her journey as a vinyl DJ—drawn to the format for its warmth, character, and technical demands. Alongside that, she spends time digging and curating her own crate, shaping a personal and coherent musical identity that reflects her artistic sensibility.

Two rising forces in New York’s underground have joined together for a new collaboration that highlights their shared passion for vinyl culture and forward-thinking club music.

One half of the duo, Kurilo, is a Ukrainian DJ and producer with nearly a decade of experience performing and producing, having honed his craft during his period of life in Berlin before relocating to New York. The other, J. Richards, is a founder of Signal, the new Brooklyn club already making waves for its adventurous programming and uncompromising approach to sound. Known for his discerning ear and relentless pursuit of rare records, he brings a distinctive curatorial edge to the partnership.

Together, the two have established a dynamic chemistry behind the decks, combining deep experience with fresh energy. Their first joint project, a vinyl-only podcast recorded exclusively for Meoko, captures the essence of their collaboration—an exploration of timeless records, subtle textures, and refined dance floor narratives. What makes this mix particularly special is its atmosphere: crafted entirely from vinyl, it dives into deep, dark grooves and hypnotic moods, weaving a story that feels both intimate and relentless. Each track was handpicked to create a shadowy, immersive journey, reflecting the late-night energy of Berlin and the raw underground pulse of New York.

This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for both artists, as they continue to shape New York’s evolving underground scene.
