"All the while, I over analyze what's been right inside of me." Leroge Marzbot's first release in 3yrs titled 1983 was produced by Darren O'Donoghue aka "A Real Soulful Dude," who sampled Dynasty's "Adventures in the land of music." The title of the original song is fitting considering the concept of self discovery shared in this song. 

When you first hear the track, you may think of one of the most popular uses for this "Dynasty" sample, which was the popular 90's hit "Luccini" by Hip Hop duo Camp Lo. 

1983 is one of the first tracks from Leroge's highly anticipated album called "The Peace Project." There's a lot more to come, but in the mean time in between time, stay tuned. ✌🏾💜👽🌍 #ThePeaceProject

I started working on #ThePeaceProject in 2011. Being an artist is like sharing pieces of your soul on a platter for people to sample and taste. To some it may taste amazing, to others it may be acquired with time. 

This song is about my addiction. Not to the typical drug, my addition is social media. It's a catch 22, because its an amazing tool, but also one of my biggest distractions. I tend to be more productive when I'm not living my life through "The Walls," but it's hard to escape because it's deeply imbedded in our culture and day to day lives.
