O.P.U.M.E.T.S. Session 157

Hi guys ! I'm proud to finally present to you my rework of Koji Kondo's famous "Grandma's Theme", from the video game The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. I used a heavily-modified fan-made midi sheet of the original composition, changed a lot of stuff in it, added my own choice of instruments, and after two years and a half of work, tweaks, head scratching and screams of despair, I'm finally happy with it.

This is the first finished instrumental track that I share publicly, but far from the only one I've been working on; hopefully I'll have more tracks to share with you in the months and years to come :-).
I hope you'll like this one !

Credits go to Koji Kondo for composing the original theme, and to YouTuber Mark of Two who adapted the original composition into midi.
Many thanks to electronic music producers Locusmusic and Ollie for helping me see what was wrong and what was right in my own productions throughout the past three years. This track would suck sticks if not for their advice.

Koji Kondo - Grandma's Theme (Rojany Rework)

Hi guys ! I'm happy to present to you my latest musical project: an orchestral remake of the main theme of video game Fallout 4.
I used a very nice piano midi sheet created by YouTube user Lucas King, of Fallout 3's Main Theme (which is the same as Fallout 4's, actually; the latter's theme is just a reinterpretation of it), and I turned it into a multi-instrument version of the tune after having made a few modifications to it.
I hope you will feel the sadness and despair of the post-apocalyptic world of the game ;-) !

Credit for the original theme goes to Inon Zur, the fantastic composer who created the Fallout 3 & 4 soundtracks.

Fallout 4 Main Theme (Rojany Remake)

Hi guys ! I'm happy to present to you my latest musical remake: a fuller, more epic remake of the main theme of the 2002 video game "The Elder Scrolls III - Morrowind".
It took me about seven months to take this tune where I wanted it, and I think it's the best track I've managed to make yet; I hope you'll like it as much as I do :-) !


Credit for the original theme goes to Jeremy Soule, the awesome composer who created the soundtracks for the last three episodes of the Elder Scrolls video games series. This remake was made for

Nerevar Rising (Rojany Remake) [The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind Main Theme]

Hi everyone! I'm proud to offer you five months' worth of work and learning : my remake of John Williams' Across The Stars, featured in Star Wars Episode II - Attack of the Clones.
I wanted to make a version of this tune that would be less minimalist than the original as well as more emotional, while still keeping the dialogical nature of the original piece. By no means do I think that it's better than John Williams' track, I only wanted to make something different out of it -- and I think I managed to !
Working on this tune taught me a lot, and I'm looking forward to working on more John Williams compositions in the future. In the meanwhile, I hope you'll enjoy this one !

O.P.U.M.E.T.S. Session 156

I have been a trance fan and listener since 2008 and I decided to share my love for trance music on the Internet by uploading mixes of my all-time preferred tunes. I hosted my own radioshow, the O.P.U.M.E.T.S. Sessions, on Trance Family Broadcast Radio every Saturday at 9 PM CET. Since May 2016, TFB-Radio has been closed, and so I continue uploading my sets on Soundcloud whenever I find the time to make some.

My show is all about the best trance anthems made until this day, whether they're future classics or fifteen-year-old ones. They are made of uplifting or dark, melodic, epic, or sometimes more progressive or chill tracks, depending on my mood.
