Young Leroy recorded the new hit single on March, 14th in his hometown Dubuque, Iowa. The 22 year old musician has been faced with some tests in life that not many people could handle. The inspiration and meaning behind this song came from the recent death of his father Kevin Francis. Leroy speaks to his fans from the heart, and paints a picture with his lyrics in his new hit single "Cruisin."
