The broadway is deserted

It is nighttime and the cats are sneaking through the city. Only the old gaslight lanterns illuminates islands of dim yellow on the broadway. Islands on which the tomcats are hissing and pussys meow. They stray but still they are searching all the same. Like-minded ones. But suddenly sounds are dancing through the scenery. Sounds which carry the dust of those decades when Swing used to hit the floors but also sounds which breath the vibrant and electronic pressure of our days. The cats are getting wild. The names on the posters right in front of the spot where the sound is pumping are announcing the mind-liked ones everyone is looking for. Les chats de nuit is printed on them in bold letters. And truly: The cats of the night can be heard as well. But in 2013 they are no longer just hissing and meowing. Now they are purring to the sounds of Swing an Electro while they stroke their fur each other. As long till the spot is in heat and the broadway deserted.

Les chats de nuit are SubMeaninG from Dresden, Germany. A team of two who are serving the nation with bassmusic for years. Now they show up with a new name to make clear who hits the dust of the clubs or blinks on festivals drowing in sun.

Der Broadway ist leer

Es ist Nacht und die Katzen schleichen durch die Stadt. Einzig das schummrige Licht der alten Gaslaternen leuchtet wie gelbe Inseln auf dem Broadway. Inseln auf denen die Kater fauchen und die Miezen mauzen. Sie irren ziellos umher und suchen doch alle das Gleiche. Gleichgesinnte.
Auf einmal durchtanzen Klänge die Szenerie. Klänge, die den Hauch der Dekaden des Swing des letzten Jahrhundert versprühen und zugleich den pulsierenden, elektronischen Druck der Gegenwart atmen. Die Katzen werden unruhig, denn die Namen auf den Plakaten vor dem Laden aus dem jene Klänge dringen, künden von den gesuchten Gleichgesinnten. Les chats de nuit ist in großen Lettern auf ihnen zu lesen. Und wahrlich: Die Katzen der Nacht sind auch zu hören. Aber 2013 fauchen und mauzen sie nicht, sondern sie schnurren und kraulen sich zu Swing und Electro gegenseitig durchs französische Fell und machen so den ganzen Club rollig, während der Broadway wie leer gefegt ist.

Les chats de nuit sind SubMeaninG aus Dresden. Ein zwei Mann-Geschwader, dass seit Jahren die Nation mit Bassmusik versorgt und nun mit einem weiterem Namen und Electro-Swing aus bestem Hause für klare Verhältnisse auf vernebelten Tanzflächen und sonnendurchfluteten Festivals sorgt.
