Billy Gibbons Tubes Up the Nile

Used a cheap casio keyboard for drum track and banjo part.  Telecaster guitar.  Dedicated to my grandparents, who were from Russell County, VA.  My grandfather played fiddle in a band called the Middle Aged Rhythm Boys in Lebanon.

Samples from vinyl recording of William Blake's poem "The Human Abstract", from the Austin Public Library.  Scratch Cracker played bass, sampler, telecaster, and a cheap African kora I bought at the Snake Farm in New Braunfels, Texas.

Samples loaded into Reason sampler from a vinyl record called "How to Speak Arabic".  Used a Line 6 Loop Station.  Used cheap keyboard simulated drums played manually over Salaam Alaikum loop.  Danelectro Bass, Takemine acoustic and a Telecaster.  Perfectly horrid guitar solo.

Samples from the Poem "To the Not Impossible Him" by Edna St. Vincent Millay, from record checked out at Austin Public Library and cut into samples in Reason.  Scratch Cracker plays acoustic guitar, bass, sampler, turntable.
