Earlier this year, we lined up a day-into-night extravaganza of live-streamed sets by Razor-N-Tape artists from around the world - The Digital Lovefest. Bogota's international powerhouse @felipe-gordon hammered some blissfuly raw house cuts to kick the party right into gear from the off.

So that was the final night at the Paradise Farage. Sadly the club has had to be closed down, demolished and the site turned into a giant lorry park as a result of Brexit. For our last show, we travelled to Ray Mang's studio and streamed live from deepest East London with Mr Mang himself, a Leftside Wobble guest mix and me. Enjoy and thanks so much for all the support I've received over the past 15 months, it's really appreciated.

Kapote aka Mathias Modica runs  Toy Tonics and Kryptox records with two friends in Germany. Besides finding and producing artists for the label, he also publishes an graphic magazin, designed t shirts and is a keyboarder and producer. He released music under the names Kapote and Munk (on his former label Gomma records). Before releasing dance oriented music on Toy Tonics he  used to produced records with artists such as Peaches, James Murphy, WhoMadeWho, The Rammellzee a.o.on the now sleeping Gomma label. Berlin based Canadian @eddiec is one of the heaviest hitters on the Slo-Mo Disco scene having built up a vociferous following across the globe via his energy soaked DJ sets and eclectic releases via the likes of Wolf Music and Sleazy Beats.

To  Celebrate the upcomping release of our Nu Groove compilation, Gerd Janson was kind enough to make us an awesome mix of his favorite Burrel Brothers tracks!

Recording under different aliases, the Burrell Brothers were the backbone
of Nu Groove Records. This New York label started in 1987 and took
inspiration from Trax Records, both musically and aesthetically. This
compilation compiles the absolute best of the Burrell's output and in
doing so is giving us a valuable insight to the much overlooked roots of
New York house music.

'St Germain' is the stage name of Ludovic Navarre and based on the story of the Count of St. Germain, a mysterious and eccentric man from the 18th century who claimed to be several hundred years old.
St Germain is among the leading French masters to have established the 'French Touch': the 'French Traxx EP' and 'Motherland EP', both released in 1993, introduced his style: a mix of deep house, jazz and lounge; sampling and real instruments playing side to side.

Navarre's album Boulevard was released in July 1995 and has sold over one million copies[4] worldwide. His United States debut, Tourist, was released in 2000 and sold 300,000 copies in the USA and four million copies worldwide.[4] Bob Marley, Toots & the Maytals, Miles Davis and Kool and the Gang are among Ludovic's early influences. He composed his first work under the name of Sub System with friend Guy Rabiller. He has released EPs under a number of aliases, among them Deepside, LN'S, Modus Vivendi, Nuages and Soofle.

St Germain is not associated with the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Café compilation series, though his song "Deep in It" is featured on its "Volume 1".

His song "Rose Rouge" was featured in the official movie trailer for Joss Whedon's 2013 Much Ado About Nothing.

His eponymous album, released on 9 October 2015, was recorded with the participation of African musicians, the album features traditional Malian instruments such as kora, balafon and n’goni, that mingle with electric guitars, pianos, saxophones and electronic loops. The first single, “Real Blues”, sets the voice of Lightnin’ Hopkins to the beat of wild, fiery drums and percussion.

The original single sleeve is decorated with a 3D mask conceived by Urban Art creator Gregos, known for his smiling and frowning faces stuck on walls throughout Paris and Europe.

St Germain was included in the line-up for Coachella 2016.
