Italian dj/producer based in Berlin, the man is highly influenced by trance, progressive house, EBM and techno.
He released various eps on Rotterdam’s Bar Records, Jennifer Cardini’s Dischi Autunno, XXX, Bordello A Parigi and many more.
Francesco also runs 90’s Wax -sublabel of Tusk Wax- on which he collaborated with Skatebård, Francesco Farfa and Timothy Clerkin. He recently teamed up with Curses by founding Y2C, a dj and production projet on which they deliver their own version of ‘rave wave’ through a love for 80's new wave and 90's rave.

Buenos Aires-born DJ TEETH takes you to the dentist in Berlin in the latest episode of LAYERtv. After being exposed to his mother and grandmother’s invasive fanaticism for 80s dance music, where he would be woken up for an entire Saturday of chores to the rhythm of Donna Summer, Giorgio Moroder, and Cerrone tunes, our hero for today developed a passion for all things vinyl. 

The last decade has seen DJ TEETH at Berghain’s steamy LAB dance, Berlin’s queerest Cocktail d’Amore, the infamous Tresor, Macadam in Nantes, Harder in New York and DC, Stockholm’s Bronx, festivals like Folsom in San Francisco, Lighthouse in Croatia or residencies at Renate’s Pretty Ugly and the groundbreaking Popoff Kitchen in Moscow, Milan, and Paris. 

As the co-founder of Hypersoft, a Berlin queer collective, radio show, and club night, DJ TEETH is creating a new space for the scene and a platform for up-and-coming and established DJs from the queer scene and beyond.

A good friend (and probably his N.1 fan) has described his approach to DJing as an elixir of 90’s progressive and trance, mad Acid House, analog synthesizer & Belgian new beat twists - with a dash of psychedelic space techno for the pleasure of worldwide dancefloor enthusiasts.” DJ TEETH is about to prove his friend right with this vinyl-only mix.

Saint Petersburg based DJ and producer extraordinaire Maruwa joins the ITI alumni for the latest instalment of our mix series. 

The incredibly impressive sounds coming out of her studio have been more than tickling our fancy of late, the On My Mind EP via Lobster Theremin staying firmly in our record bag and showing now signs of moving anywhere for the foreseeable! She effortlessly mixes elements of acid, hardcore, IDM and breakbeat, creating her own specific trademark of no-nonsense, dance-floor orientated musical warfare. 

Here, Maruwa treats us to an hour of 90s rave infused delights that’s had us bopping around ITI Towers all morning. Keep an ear out for new Maruwa-brand banger too: Ultraworld, which is out soon on GODDEZZ. Strap yourself in, ravers!
