PREMIERE: Aurum Miles - Consecuence Vol.2 (Coquelicot Records) [2019]

Gunce Aci is a DJ and Producer hailing from Istanbul. She is also a part of the SaveAS Music Management team and music/booking director of Achprojektevent series.

Since 2014 she has been frequently spinning at many of the top clubs and venues in Istanbul such as Studio, Suma Beach, Gizli Bahce, Kloster, MAMA and more.

She is inspired by Indie Dance, Nu Disco, New wave, Letfield and Idm.
The soundscape she had created through her ‘Dreamers vs Believers’ EP on Esthetique is shaped by dark-mysterious pads, sturdy basslines and captivating melodies.

As usual the label brings in some high quality remixes in the shape of Up Pa Gaz, long time Sinchi friend Leonor and Tulioxi. The latter delivering a fantastic rework of the title track.

Spanish artist Durand's Bird Lagoon ep is his second release for Nein, it follows up 2018's Belly of Hyena and seen him release another ep on Esthetique too,  three killer tracks of dark brooding electronics, pulsating with late night sleaze, on this ep remix duties are taken care of by fellow Spanish citizens Mordisco and Russian EBM merchant and fellow Nein artist Disco Morato. The ep will be available on Beatport on 27th of March.

Hailing from U.K. MAN 2.0 gives “Vorkzak” his iconic acid touch. “Hiperestesia” has two remixes, one by Playa del Karma, dj/producer from Argentina feauturing progressive melodies, and the other by Tivi, founder of the mexican label VENENO, going darker and heavier. Sinchi returns with a 3rd instalment of their acclaimed ‘Altered States’ compilation. Once again, raising funds for their own Sinchi Foundation and the work they do in supporting indigenous communities worldwide.

Again this is a truly international affair featuring artists across 4 continents. Representing South America, Altair & Sagan (Argentina), in North America, Mr. Tea (US) and Loui Martz (Mexico). In Europe, Lithuania’s Dannie Fade and British artist The Soviet Union, then crossing in to Western Asia, Syrian duo Boschoco… who’s hit Semsem (released on Sinchi this year), is remixed from the label themselves.

The label has become a symbol of originality and defined by a willingness to experiment with different genres and unknown artists. In the labels own words, 'we hear so much music that is churned out by ‘big name’ artists, which although usually beautiful produced, doesn’t do anything for us. Of course, high quality production is important but the ethos of the label is geared towards music which dares to be different, not judging demo’s from an artist’s reputation and most importantly is it unique enough to stand the test of time’.
