Why are there not more electroclash tracks made these days, you ask yourself? 
Well ask no more because Lunatic Records have dropped a track which comes straight from the most scenesterist of scenes, nasty analogue vibes clash with a killer beat, those distant distorted vocals which allow for just enough disorientation on the dancefloor. 
The EP veers into the industrial techno realm which is fine by us! En Direct's first solo foray into production reminds us of DJ Hell, Tiga, Miss Kittin and all the other classic tracks from between 2001-05 without ever swaying into cliche or pastiche or any other of those French words which as simply a byword for 'Passe'. Lunatic Records 6th release truly is the number of the beast. Do your self a favour, don't be unwilling.

Codeless Avec Alter D , two producers, Milan based, that made their debut with this project on Miley Serious label 99cts rcrds with a tape release. Alter D is the co-founder of Marguerite Records and Codeless appeared on Natural Sciences few years ago, linked to dark rhythms and post punk evil kicks. Up North Records and The New US Government included their productions on va artists too. The guys showcase passion for raw sounds, contemporary techno and acid vibes.

Neud Photo (Nico Nightingale) has been on a tear lately and this latest offering for Mysidian shows up as his most dark and menacing. The electro meets techno sound we know him for is still prevalent but the amnesia-inducing 'Dreamz' carries thumping EBM and New Beat influences as well. R&S meets Subway meets Mute. 
While each track plays on it's own themes independently with tasteful vocal samples and industrial energy, the thing they all have in common is obvious. 
They completely satisfy aural wishes excited during the day which remain unrealized. They are simply and undisguisedly realizations of wishes.

Premiere 012 - Jack Carel - Flashlight (Original Mix)

Moscow musician and DJ - Alexander Lomakin - performs his debut on Hypnotic Connection Records in the thirteenth issue under his pseudonym Gegen Mann. Alexander presented in this release a dark and somewhat melancholic synthesizer sound, balancing between electro and EBM, smoothly plunging into a hypnotic trance and unpretentiously obliging to dance. The remixes were performed by the Muzikalist and a mind friend from Moscow - Unit-83 aka Sergey Timoshov.
