Part 2 of ‘La Decima’ Compilation to celebrate the 10 years of Refuge begins with Melbourne kings, Ben Silver & Boogs who are most known for their longstanding residencies at Revolver. They collaborate on a driving house number taking inspiration from Detroit & Chicago. Next up, Jason Hodges & Joey Coco’s jam, Valentino finds its place on the black gold with its groovy feel and amazing vocals by Emerson Alexander. The B side kicks off Elijah Something offers up a groovy drum weapon with Skippy Disco Track. An incredible journey lays behind us with so many discovered artists and even more amazing tunes we first heard as demo and brought to life either on Wax, CD or Digital. As we never look back too much we decided to not give you another “Best of” but instead drop 15 brand new tunes by early and more recent artists that have released with us in these past years.

In Dukwa's own words: 

In my productions, I always strive to blend the multiple genres I’ve explored over the years while staying true to my artistic essence. In this EP, I aimed to unite house, techno, deep house, and acid, all with a more musical and melodic approach, similar to the tracks I’ve created in the past. Just listen to 'Searching For A Match' and 'For You'—I find them incredibly melodic and harmonious.

With 'Talk To Me,' I wanted to create something deeper and softer, yet still capable of generating a captivating atmosphere on the dancefloor. This track is versatile enough to shine during peak time or in a warm-up setting. Meanwhile, 'Romance' encapsulates my entire background, drawing from Detroit electro, UK garage, and broken beat influences.

I’m extremely proud of this EP because it represents a chapter of experimentation for me. I’m diving into various styles and absorbing as much as I can from my creative journeys. I can’t wait for you all to experience it!
