Born and raised in Indonesia, @omarjoesoef-1 built this EP with samples of old records of ethnic music that he has found in an abandoned radio station on Java island. Named Lokananta, it is one of the first radios setting up in Indonesia in the 50’s. The recordings in Omar’s EP come from rituals and meditative chants of one of the last tribes still living in the ancient way, completely disconnected from the modern world.

They have been like brothers for many years, and after many collaborations, these two producers are well attuned to each other in their musical soul. https://soundcloud.com/rodion_gomma and Fabrizio https://soundcloud.com/mammarella are both very sophisticated producers and known for their dramatic melodies, mixed with synthesized funk and disco, which turns it into emotional freaky electronic music.

All tracks are recorded in Mexico City, bringing in Mexican artist Mijo as a featuring on the track ‘’Cerro Gordo’’. Moreover, italo-belgian duo https://soundcloud.com/front-de-cadeaux join with a remix that grabs elements from both the original tracks, reworked in one timeless piece of music.

Milagros del Ritmo is the third release of Harmonie Exotic, a label focused on reissues and compilations of obscure tracks.

The producer Jose Manuel, already known for his releases on Optimo Records, Music for Dreams and other labels, has selected ten rare tracks from 1988 to 1991. Starting as a DJ, Jose Manuel has developed over the years a passion for vinyl collection. This passion has also turned into work by creating the above mentioned label with the aim of bringing back the art of the past.

Milagros del Ritmo starts with the sexy voice of Debbie McKayle in "Necesito tu Amor". Her vocal mood reminds us "Sueño Latino " . The compilation continues with "Abadan" by Mondo Bagdad, who combined Arabic sounds with New Beat. Also in "Zena" (Dub) there are middle east and the first Chicago house influences. The next track "Mescla Del House", released in very late 80's, sees the Spanish vocal with the drum Roland TR-808. Then the compilation moves from Synth-pop with "Radio Arabesque" to the belearic downtempo with "Waves" by Ambionix and to EBM sounds with "Yoshua" by Danton's Voice .

Enter Planet Dust welcomes Frenchman in Berlin, Manuel Jesus to the ranks with the first single from his upcoming LP, Transmutation. Having cut his teeth fronting proto-punk psyche groups in his teenage years, Jesus made several extended trips to India and relocated to Berlin where he set up a studio and joined the artist collective and DIY venue, Loophole.

World Wild Web's organ and drum machine-led music nods to the global Cosmic continuum, and reminds me of Suicide, The Velvet Underground, The Monks and more. Cursed Fruits shows off Manuel's dark, nihilistic approach toward catchy organ pop, while b-side Alexa, Play Some Music is a hyperactive and chaotic take on classic 90s Chicago House, featuring conceptual and multidisciplinary artist Bobby Brim.

Epsilove (Antinote, Dekmantel) contributes two bonkers remixes and Cursed Fruits has been given the rework treatment by label head Donald Dust.
