Swedish born, London based Hans Berg is a producer and live performer with a strong body of electronic music under his belt. His work as individual has mostly been designed with club spaces and dance floors in mind while some of his collaborative work has also strayed into abstract art and sound design projects; namely, his work with artist Nathalie Djurberg which, via stop motion, sound and immersive installations investigates themes of lust, greed, exploitation and fear.

Hans' next solo LP is a homage to the warm hue of ecstasy; the state of unbridled joy achieved through solo and social pursuits that resonate with our core character. The project moves through passages of introspective ambience toward vivid exuberance as it renders the many forms and facets of an ecstatic state of being.

Whatever the stimulus is that segues us toward ecstasy, be it chemical, physical, social or emotional - the individual ultimately experiences the resultant enlivened state within the confides of their own body and consciousness. With that in mind, Hans chose to write with a refined set of instruments; a limited, distilled set of sounds which he uses to reflect these confides.

This small set of instruments mainly consists of modular synths and drum machines, the myriad parameters of which, largely dictate the direction of the music which Hans has used to interact with across long stretches of improvisation. Some post-recording patchwork and a small selection of digital synths / FX work to glue a coherent and transient portrayal together. The result is an abstraction of an internal experience elucidated through machines.

Humid, gooey pads, snapping electro-breaks, caustic blobs of acid and a variety of moods / tempos form the sound palette making it a journey with clear, distinctive chapters while Hans' adroit management of sound design suffuses the project with a certain sharp clarity.

The LP arrives in full on 16th June 2023 via his own label UFO Station Recordings and in the run up to release, Hans will present remixes of selected tracks which allow Efdemin and Psyk to present their interpretations of 'Elevate' and 'Sky'.

The cover art is shot by Berlin based, Swedish photographer Fofo Altinell, who has made his interpretation of the music through his manipulated analog photography.

Nelson D debuts on Diversall Music with his single "PIX"  A psychedelic and enveloping House Music, full of dreamlike and daring moments. Totally inspired by the memes about Pix's deposit mode in Brazil, the artist returns to the same humor, in a funny and catchy slogan. In fact, behind Pix's memes and also Nelson's music, there is a bitter reality, the economic precariousness of which most Brazilians are victims. Claiming financial aid in a house music context is a small form of outburst and reaction that can easily be triggered on the dance floor. In this track, Nelson unleashes his passion for groups like the Chemical Brothers or Gusgus without sacrificing the inclusion of elements belonging to indigenous cultures. In this case, Nelson uses samples from the Chapareke, an interesting string instrument indigenous to Mexico, as well as his inseparable maracas and rattles.

Growing up in the 90s in rural upper Austria, Jakobin spent his time with skateboarding and listening to lots of hip hop before witnessing the halcyon days of the Vienna downbeat era and later being introduced to Austria's club culture.
Pursuing his growing passion for collecting vinyl, he started spinning his first records in the region and later moved to the Austrian capitol. There he connected with likeminded people. Quickly getting immersed in the Viennese electronic music scene, he started producing and DJing with his long time friend Domino under the moniker Jakobin & Domino and became founding members of Luv Shack Records in 2011. After a number of successful releases he started his solo career and began working on his live setup. His growing collection of analog gear helped shaping his productions. An overview of his current sound is expressed on his new record ‚Forever More‘. Heavily influenced on 90s UK house productions this 3-track EP will activate your senses and move your body with its groovy basslines and drums, creating an irresistible rhythm.
