Temblor es un sello discográfico que nace en Chihuahua, México, dirigido por Enjanzea2 y Ruary, asentando en el Indie, Dance, Techno, Disco, Acid. Después de un debut espectacular, una Compilación Varios Artistas, titulada "Lima_Callao 1586", que inundó todos los pasillos de los cuarteles generales de Club Furies, llega su flamante segundo lanzamiento.

Los jefes Enjanzea2 y Cabizbajo unen sus fuerzas para "Double Right Handed Chip": dos pistas originales y un remix de bajos potentes que nos llevan al mismo abismo, al mismo tiempo que ritmos contagiosos y frescos en los que misteriosas fuerzas telúricas nos atraen trepidantemente a la pista de baile.

Mexican DJ and producer Joseeph (FREEDL007) lands on Platino Records with a new single: “Tiempo” works as a showcase of the young producer’s capabilities and comes with the collaboration of a true dream team of remixers: Cabizbajo, Max Jones (SXDNS234), and TYU. A solid original and three beautiful interpretations turn the release a must-have for the fans of high-quality Dark Disco/Indie Dance out there.

With a string of well-received works published on respected labels like, for instance, NEIN, Phisica, and Freeride Millenium, Joseph Diaz likes to flirt with an interesting array of influences, delivering an output heavily influenced by Techno, Electro, EBM, Cold Wave, and Trance.

The version we were solicited to review/premiere comes from the creative mind of Cabizbajo, one of the most influential Mexican artists of the moment. Owner of a characteristic and eclectic sonority, he also amasses a collection of solid works on vital labels under his belt. His take on “Tiempo” comes with lots of rhythmic percussive elements, arpeggiated synth layers, and a bouncing bassline. The result: Acid Latinity at its best!

Sincopat proudly welcomes back the Brazilian maestro Renato Cohen who delivers a brilliant new EP for the label. Well known for his great stylistic elegance in the search for the beauty of the endless loop and perfect shapes. For this new adventure, he is accompanied by another great artist like Theus Mago, who adds the cherry on top of this timeless release.

We have "Say Yes" to start, which keeps us in tension all the way through. A modern funk piece of masterful simplicity. Theus Mago presents a superb remix that captures the essence of the original but takes it into his own personal style.

To continue, we have Piano Fix, an authentic sonorous voyage between styles with a strong Renato's characteristic flavour. A song with plenty of good vibes and great piano chords on the main drop that leads us to an exciting drop. 

And to close the circle, we have Darklight, which hypnotizes us with its fusion of rock and funk, an intense rollercoaster of sensations that will not leave you chilled.

PREMIERE: Renato Cohen - Say Yes (Theus Mago Remix) [SINCOPAT]

Cook Strummer (@cook-strummer) has complied the latest Berlin Gets Physical (@get-physical-music)but first comes a second EP taken from it with two fresh cuts.

Berlin-born Pardon Moi and Feinstoff founder, multi-instrumentalist and touring DJ Freudenthal (@freudenthal) has a dark wave sound that is all his own. Here he pair up with DJ and producer, Nowhere People (@avivaviv), an artist who has been on the scene for a decade now, releasing on labels like Blaufield Music and Imprint Rural and playing regularly at the likes of Kater Blau. ‘Cipher’ is designed for strobe lit dance floors and comes with lashings of wave influences as this track proves. It’s a stark cut with slapping hits, rugged bass and rave lines that amp up the energy levels, as brilliantly cosmic synth patterns unfold up top to bring the light and ensure maximum impact on the floor.

Noises, percussions and distortions is where Borgetti (@borgettimusic) was born as an electronic music project in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa. Based on Punk/Hardcore, playing drums in some bands where breakdowns, guitars and distortions make pronounced noise shine in the atmosphere of a garage. Being this a watershed for the artist, he decided to call this second EP 'Más Ruido' playing with indie dance beats and some voices that will pull you to the dance floor.

It will be released on September 27th, 2022 on Maleante Records (@maleanterecords) and includes 3 powerful remixes by Mexican producers BadWolf (@bad-wolf1), TAPIIA and Samuel Lupian made for the dancefloor.

 We have selected two remixes of the original “Viaja Volaras” by ALI X X XIMENA. The first, appropriated by Roliva, has turned his reversion into a catchy hit, with acid touches, without losing he’s electrorock foundations. Wow, no doubt we will hear this track playing in various parts of the world. He has chosen a very significant part of the vocal, where he utters “Fumó porro y me enamoro” (I smoke joints & I fall in love) sticky gggggg.
And secondly, one of our most efficient producers, Vleks, also with “Viaja Volaras”. Whenever we sing Vleks material, he surprises us, again and again, so this time we have it with a version for the dance floor, which is a fire.

Owner of a peculiar and interesting sonority that seamlessly encompasses his many an influence, Vini Pistori is another young and skilled Brazilian producer with a solid string of well-constructed releases that we have the opportunity to get familiar with: Reviewing a track from “Great Days”, his forthcoming EP on Athens-based label and community Glory Hill Studio, came with the perk of allowing us to explore his previous endeavours and find a few gems for our private collection of, yes, gems. Secret Fusion, Internasjonal, Calypso, Cocada Music, and Levels Rec are some of the imprints on which you can find his most appealing cuts.

For the optimistic “Great Days”, Vini came up with three stunning originals infused with a plethora of cosmic vibes and danceability. Premiered here, the title track counts with the valuable collaboration of the seasoned and respected musician, singer, and songwriter Abrão, whose prior works came out on Rebirth, Duro, Correspondant, I'm A Cliché, and Sony Music México/ORIANNA, just to name a few - multiple of them along with the beloved by all duo Red Axes (SXDNS020), by the way. Two generations of Brazilian pure talent who joined forces to create a must-have tune for the lovers of Nu Disco/Indie Dance out there. The highlights: A bouncing bassline, percussive elements, space FXs, and Abrão’s remarkable vocals.
