ØEN Records is back with a special two track EP from up and coming Copenhagen based producer Fruit (@fruitdj). Originally from Iceland, but based in Denmark, Fruit has been making waves in the Copenhagen club scene with his eloquent DJ and live-sets. Following up his acclaimed 2019 Drømmeland EP he is finally back with two epic, fast-paced and euphoric tracks to light up the summer dance floors.

Drawing inspiration from myths and legends and particularly the Epic of Gilgamesh – a 4000 year old poem from ancient Mesopotamia – “Gilgamesh” is a hypnotic and trancey trip destined for the peak hours of the post-corona parties.

Created during the peak of the pandemic on an old half broken borrowed MacBook, the two distinct but kindred tracks are testament to Fruits unique production style, effortlessly navigating between euphoric fast-paced house, ambient soundscapes, hypnotic percussion and haunting atmospheres. Skillfully crafted and executed “Gilgamesh” is primed for both floor and mind.

Due for release on Monday 31st January, we have been putting together this complication since Jan 2021 in lockdown.

This 27 track various artists compilation features 100% Unreleased music from our friends and extended Limit family; Featuring local, international, unsigned, upcoming and fully-fledged artists coming together to raise money for charity. The music has been curated carefully and features club tracks and not club tracks to fully immerse the listener and expand the mind. The release spans the full spectrum of electronic music from ambient all the way up to 150+ breaks, showcasing a bit of everything we love from artists we love.

All profits are split between Mind, Trees for Cities & Womens' aid equally and we are aiming to raise a modest £3K to give a grand to each respected charity, but the sky is the limit.

The rain had been pouring for several weeks now and as the water began to rise, the signs of life which had gown plentiful in the fields were drowned beneath the flood water. This was all such strange news indeed...

Then there was the sunlight, it beamed down upon them through the storm, illuminating the tiny rain drops as if to make them pearly and iridescent. There was beauty in all of this. However, this was strange news for all. 

D.Tiffany remixes Inner Zone in a splendid fashion for longstanding party starters and friendly faces, Feelings Worldwide. This track is called 'Strange News' - the new version leans heavily into the euphoric, drawing upon poignant elements of Trance and the classic days of progressive House.

Kicking off 2021 in KOC’s teeming keepnet comes courtesy of Roza Terenzi & Fantastic Man under the guise of production unit B’Zircon.

Merging the pair’s brill touch of trance-suffused elevation and ankle-twisting dynamics, ‘Lazulination’ EP finds the two producers unleashing a steadfast triad of genre-unbound, organic-grown jams out the deepest blue.

Pulling out a savvy mix of muscular breaks and hi-NRG shuffle, the ‘90s atmospheric techno-laced roller ‘Azure’ revs up towards upper, euphoria-inducing layers of the ravey continuum.

Breath-hold diving into lush cerulean ocean floors via white sand beachscapes, ‘Ultramarine’ has us speeding up the Gold Coast’s underwater canyons at full throttle.
