We are a Lisbon based music label born out of the necessity to create a neutral space where the sensorial experience is its main focus. With the freedom to evolve over time, and the curiosity to stray from the conventional, Fala Nocturna aims to capture the attention of those who might find themselves lost, in search of something different.

For our first Release we have chosen to bring you music from a small variety of artists with whom we have a close connection in the love we share for music that is irreverent, hypnotic, electronic and human.

"Neulust," the latest EP from Neuzeitliche Bodenbeläge, introduces listeners to the talents of Joshua Gottmanns and Niklas Wandt. Wandt's captivating voice invokes a sense of nostalgia, reminiscent of the era when Thorsten Fenslau was active, infusing tracks with poetic recitations. Wandt's drumming harmonizes perfectly with Gottmanns' warm chords and captivating melodies. Together, they debuted on Zurich's Lustpoderosa label with "Neulust," aiming to redefine their musical connection. Their presence in the central European underground scene has been marked by releases on Themes for Great Cities or Bureau B, accompanied by their vintage German Wave sound and lively performances. Regular touring has been part of their journey. "Neulust," recorded with minimal intervention, delves into themes of love, estrangement, and consumerism, blending haunting electro, deep house, NDW, and Euro Dance Elements. The EP signifies a significant stylistic shift and stands as the band's most compelling offering yet in their ongoing musical evolution.

Shelter Me is a compassionate and dedicated collective that, in our modest capacity, endeavors to address the challenge of the continuously expanding homeless communities across the UK.
Our primary goal is to raise funds by leveraging the platform of electronic dance music, whether it involves organizing events or, as is the case here, releasing music.
"Shelter Me - In Crisis" represents the third installment in our ongoing Shelter Me series, dedicated to supporting UK-based homelessness charities. Building upon the success of our previous albums, "Beats for Beds - The Remixes" and "Shelter Me - The Album," which collectively raised over 7K in donations for Shelter, this latest release aims to further our contributions, only this time to Crisis.
This album has assembled some of the most talented artists and producers from the renowned ALFOS scene, including Duncan Gray, Zillas On Acid, Al Mackenzie, A-Tweed, and Tronik Youth, among others. With such an impressive lineup, we are determined to exceed our past accomplishments, setting an initial fundraising goal of 4K.

Moisk aka Pletnev & Fourmi Rouz delve into the depths of psychedelia soundscapes with their latest release “Tetris Life’’ on Terra Magica Rec. The duo skillfully balances modular sounds and shimmers through acid synthesizers with their signature style. Offering a wide range of sounds from uptempo half-beat to raw, energetic techno-trance, inviting you into a mesmerizing sci-fi universe. The EP features tracks like “Tetris Life” and “A Glass of Coke with Ice”, that explore underground ambient deserts and immersive jungle improvisations. This is followed by dark and slow breakbeat cuts that transition into faster-paced, floating atmospheric IDM tunes. The 12’’ contains many choppy old-school loops and uptempo trance breakdowns, as in “Orange Button’’ and “Wrong Stability”. Featuring two weird dub/IDM/breaks remixes by Anatolian Weapons and HSDJs x Listensport to round off the wax. Don’t sleep on it

'Musica E Computer' is a momentous release from Slow Motion label head Fabrizio Mammarella and Rodion recorded in the legendary Marche Synth Museum (Museo Del Synth Marchigiano).  A fully functional recording space that houses a fusion of several private collections of Italian electronic musical instruments gathered over the many years since their creation. The Marche region, being home to some of the most ground-breaking and foundational instruments, has created the likes of Crumar, Farfisa and Elka with innovative use from the likes of Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd and Vangelis.

Tints of UFOria" is a celestial electronic journey produced by brussels-based dj and producer Umbra.

As well as being the co-founder of Magma Collective, Julien Gathy alias Umbra is known for distinctive soundscapes that interweave melancholic undertones. He brings palpable tension and heavy dance beats, achieved through a DIY vision of sampling and messing with drum machines. 

‘Tints of UFOria’ is a sonic exploration in all its forms, from profound, shadowy depths to heart-pounding excitement. Blending different styles and genres seamlessly, playing with opposite and nuance, the 5 track EP goes from one surprise to another, from one galactic leap to the next. For Sameheads, Andrea & Alexander release their first material together, acting as a kind of trailer to an upcoming album released later this year on R-I-O. The track “Olias” finally gets its press after once being performed live at the fabled Sameheads festival “City of a Thousand Suns”… those were the days eh…..

On the Mutant Radio side, fresh talent TINA delivers her debut release, and for that matter, the first ever track Mutant have put onto a piece of vinyl….. The track “Vacation” is the squelchy black sheep counter balance to the silky synth vibe of the other side. Just how they like it.

The release will be up for pre-order from next week, and the digital stuff too…. Just the 300 copies available…… So,,, fix up look sharp……
