Muto is a Singapore-based selector hailing from Kobe-Japan. He grew up surrounded by old Japanese funk, disco grooves that later turned into an enthusiasm to dance music. 
From old classics to new hideaway gems, Muto puts variety of music on the deck to make lustful and emotional musical journeys. The selector has been playing at slew of Singapore’s leading party spots such as Headquarters, Tuff Club, Kilo Lounge as well as Tanjong Beach Club amongst others. He is also one of the resident DJs at a Singapore based music collective, Ice Cream Sundays.

The record explores the borders of the sound that was born in the white island, blending it with a “new-wave” oriented vibe. On the A side, Saint Petersburg based producer, shows us what he likes the most partying obscure rhythms with summery-soothing atmospheres. The air was thick with fog; it hung low, clogging her throat and lungs. She was no stranger to this route, in fact she'd taken it time and time again, but today it was completely unrecognisable. A pang of fear hit her square in the stomach - had she missed a turn? She could barely make out the indistinct shapes of oncoming trees and obstacles, the twists and bends in the road had been lost in the mist. Luck was now her best friend; the only thing she could rely on.

Tapan and Decha first crossed paths in 2020 when the Serbian duo remixed her song 'Niebla', taken from her sold-out debut LP Hielo Boca on Malka Tuti. Off the back of the release the duo and vocalist decided to embark on a collaboration which comes in the form of a new single, 'Twenty', which is backed up by remixes from Full Circle and Rebolledo. On the original, Decha's enchanting vocals, both spoken and sung, drift and soar high above Tapan's rumbling subs, thunderous kicks and eerie synths, which are imbued with drama and tension from the get go.

Krishna Goineau is well known for his starring role in ‘Los Niños del Parque’ with Liaisons Dangereuses and in other projects such as Velodrome and Xeroox. Through one of his friends we have been lucky enough to receive a hard disk on which there are a variety of unreleased tracks by Krishna Goineau with MCL (Micro Cheap League) recorded in the year 85-86. Krishna lived in Barcelona at that time and was involved in different groups while traveling through Germany and Belgium to create new projects. After dissolving Liaisons Dangereuses in 1983 Krishna started a new project with MCL where you can identify the essence and influences that he had at that time, touches of EBM and metal synthesizers with vocals in Spanish as in the track ” No Information ” These tracks are preserved in excellent quality in which Alden Tyrell has done the mastering on vinyl and digital. Having something like this is like finding a treasure in the middle of a secret island. To finalize the release we have edits from Silent Servant, Curses, Esprit Divers aka Coyu. Deckard & Lucient.

As he walked through the long grass he made sure to pay special attention to the peace and quiet which hung prominently in the air. There was not one sound to be heard in the park, all of the people had gone home for the day and now he was blessed with the opportunity to walk in solitude between the tall trees and the shadowy groves. He took in the nuances of the environment, the small things and the beauty of the individual flowers and greenery amidst what was a celebration for the senses. This was paradise. 

Invisible Inc. will be celebrating five years this May, a wonderful feat for a small label which has punched well above its weight having released some truly stunning music in recent times. The next release on the label is a celebration of the clubbier side of the imprint, this track is from Puma & the Dolphin, a slow moving textured affair for the discerning dancer.
