For the first cut in this project Recut dusts off his shelves and diggs deep into his collection to Re-Edit forgotten warehouse banger 'It's All In Your Mind', he effortlessly refreshes and transports this gem into 2022. Next up 'House Intensity' does exactly what it says on the tin with its warm and percussive bassline & hypnotic arpeggios which will take you to a cosmic dimension. 'Disco Chicago' is the track that gives the project its name, it has an ensemble of drum sounds from the 808 and 303 to create this authentic Acid House gem that will fill any dancefloor. After a brief hiatus Wu returns with an album of guitar adjacent tunes pondering the age-old question - does guitar belong in house music?
Probably not but this didn't stop him from trying..
Originally a guitar player and jazz student, the journey into electronic music led him to putting the instrument aside whilst he found his electronic music production chops. Now with releases
under his belt and likely harboring a delusional disorder about his abilities, the idea of mixing house with 70's prog rock, funk, blues, pop, breaks, latin, deep house and elevator music bore fruit.

J.Wiltshire returns to MUSAR with 'Sunflower At Day' EP — a deep, atmospheric excursion across four tightly woven dance-floor tracks.

Marking MUSAR’s 20th release, this EP showcases some of Wiltshire’s most club-ready work yet, blending outsider house, ambient trance, and Cornish electronic influences.  

The title track ‘Sunflower At Day’ is a shoegaze-infused chugger that nods to the ethereal haze of My Bloody Valentine and has a rave energy reminiscent of Future Sound of London. Track two, ‘Cosmic Slap’, takes over with its deep, dub-heavy sounds and off-kilter rhythms, playing to Wiltshire's more experimental side under a techno beat.  

On the B side, we dive deeper into Wiltshire's intricate melodic world. 
‘Traversing’ unfolds with enveloping, pastoral harmonic patterns, balancing surging intensity with an organic flow. 
Finally, the EP closes with the cinematic ‘Rush Point 9’, a late-night noir groove that offers a perfect, reflective finale to this sonic journey.

Early last year, @brothernebula commenced emitting life signs from a little know sector of the universe. Nick Höppner's antennas happened to pick up the signals via the Legwork label, piquing his interest to find out more about where these sounds originated... 

Fast forward a light year, and Brother Nebula remains a mystery. What we do know though, is that after an extended mission into the further reaches of the local group, he’s returned to Earth on Touch From a Distance with four new samples ready for examination. The data - while not wholly empirical - is both atmospheric and dimensional in nature. 

On the A side, we start off with Double Helix - a concise dissertation on the effects of extended club use on the brain, before continuing into the interstellar disco of Infinity 2. On the flip, we glide through the electronic thermosphere with Sky Walking, before expelling all thetans with the DX funk of Going Clear. 

TFAD is exhilarated to present the latest results of the unknown space b-boy's interstellar endeavours.
