Naturally active person, in 2014, Nathalia founded Experiment Intrinsic – a hidden art dimension organically blended with the visual and musical imagination. A pivotal change, in which she pursued a path of deeper self inquiry and progression of sound, shifted her from the dance-floor oriented music and into ambient soundscapes. Her influences drew increasingly from experimental electronic, as well as traditional and spiritual genres. The following years were dedicated as developing the project into a dynamic and constantly evolving audio-visual platform.

[Les Chaos Ambiants]

The Pauza association presents Les Chaos Ambiants, a festival dedicated to the encounter between electronic music, the visual arts and the rich heritage of Burgundy-Franche-Comté.

This event is designed on a small scale to make it as comfortable as possible to listen, meet and move around, with a single stage to promote emerging and established artists, a natural setting conducive to the discovery of musical works and artistic installations, and an eco-responsible approach to limit its environmental impact.

The project has several objectives : to promote the European and international artistic scene, to stimulate and strengthen the cultural and creative network across the département and the region ; to help promote and showcase the natural and cultural heritage of Burgundy-Franche-Comté ; to support local produce and the local economy.

Nathalia [Les Chaos Ambiants]

Madrid-based DJ and producer Alfonso Pomeda, aka F-on, is renowned for his experimental sound, blending dub, ambient, and experimental music. Founder of the Alpenglühen project and co-owner of Antimatter, he and his team run the club and festival Espacio Perpendicular, curate Barcelona's Mostra Festival, and perform at top global venues like Paral-lel, Vurt, and Gare Porto. His vinyl DJ sets take listeners on a rhythmic, dreamlike journey.

For our next Unrush journey, we are pleased to welcome Moon Patrol, the duo based in New York, comprised of Irina Kotik and Gilles Wasserman. As the co-founders of the delayed platform and Never Late label, they’ve built one of our favourite go-to spaces for the deeper side of electronic music.

Our paths - in real life - first crossed at Mostra Festival in 2023, and it was one of those rare connections where you just know there’s much more to come. The Observatory - Grant Aaron

We are delighted to begin the year with a mix from ASIP (Ryan Griffin), the founder of A Strangely Isolated Place - a label and mix series that has become a cornerstone for contemporary ambient music. Inviting him felt long overdue, and we couldn’t be happier to share this contribution from someone whose work continually inspires us. For this mix, Ryan delved into musical memories, crafting a journey filled with nostalgia and influences. As he beautifully puts it:

"Thank you, Mareen, for the invite to your series. This mix is full of nostalgia, some Balearic undertones, and classic approaches to ambient electronic music, without an agenda. It starts to speak to some major influences on me over the years. Growing up on 90's electronic music, influential summers in Europe, and the formative years of early 00's IDM and electronica. Set against the backdrop of loss and longing, the project follows the story of a woman who slips into a coma following the untimely death of her husband. Through the evocative power of music, listeners are transported into her world, where emotions ebb and flow like the tides of a restless sea.

Week by week, each chapter of "TAFFETA" unfolds on SoundCloud, inviting audiences to immerse themselves in its haunting beauty.
