Hope you'll enjoy the recording of my set I played at ꒯ᗑ꒚ ꒒ﾼￓẔￓﾼ ꒚ℙﾼｋￓᗑｋﾼ꒒ on the 20.08.21! I opened the evening from 22-00 just before diantonie, mareia & kruzio and Sarah Mo & Amunik.

I haven't played a proper leschueft set in almost a year, focusing mainly on my new project ᗰᗩᖇIEᑌ but I'm glad I did <3

You'll definitely notice the ᗰᗩᖇIEᑌ influence though ;)

It has almost been a year since I last played alone 🤭

I just really enjoy playing b2b with my besties now. With each person I can indulge in various "genres" or emotions, if you prefer – I've been told that there are no genres in musical theory 😉 – and broaden my musical horizon in a way I was never able to before.

Over the course of the last two years, my taste in music and my style developed; I can't say that I'm playing downtempo anymore.

Last time we were in Berlin, with the Gang, I stumbled upon a fan @ Kater Blau who asked me if I would play there, cuz he wanted to hear a (classic) leschueft set, and when I told him that this leschueft was "dead", he looked quite shocked.

Maybe another reason why I wasn't so eager to play alone again, was this expectancy? With my besties I can play whatever I want. With leschueft... I wasn't quite sure. Somehow, in my mind "he" was still stuck in this pre-b2b period.

All the more reason to change that; get "him" aligned with my current taste and make it official. And where else, if not at my favourite festival, would I do this?

Which festival you say? Chances are, you don't know it. The "Stadtflucht" is a small & incredibly sweet festival from the viennese scene. I joined the team this year – because I just loved everything about this festival and wanted to help make it even sweeter than the year before – and when the booking team asked me how I wanted to play (alone, b2b?) I still hesitated before saying "alone".

I'm glad I did 🙏🏻✨

I started off with some electronica before heading over to house, microhouse and minimal, scratching the 125bpms 😅 Hope you'll enjoy the recording of my set I played on the the 16.06 from 18-20 on the outdoor floor 💜

Wir freuen uns sehr dieses wunderschöne Weihnachtsgeschenk machen zu können! Wir sind selbst ganz aus dem Häuschen, denn den Abschluss der diesjährigen Podcast-Reihe „Auf Zu Neuen Dächern“ macht das Duo „Xique-Xique“ aus Sao Paulo, Brasilien.

Inspiriert und auch beinflusst durch das Voodoohop-Kollektiv steht das Slow-Projekt von Dunwich & Biba Graeff für die brodelnde Alternativ-Szene Sao Paulo’s.
Hypnotische Melodien, organische Rhythmen und Deep-Grooves bestimmen das Set, dass uns von Xique-Xique hier zu Weihnachten geschenkt wird. Die Produktionen des Duo’s wurden unter Anderen von „Nicola Cruz“ geremixt und Ihre Veröffentlichungen erscheinen zumeist auf dem Label „The Magic Movement“.

Wir sagen Danke! An Xique-Xique, aber auch euch. Für dieses wunderschöne Jahr 2017.

This time we played on a new pop-up floor called "Shooting Range". Martha van Straaten opened the floor at 4pm, then Oberst & Buchner had a magical sun-set² before handing me the decks and a lovely & heated crowd at 10pm <3

Wow! We had a blast playing for the first time in Kater Blau <3 The two hours flew by like nothing. Thanks to all the dancing souls and especially to the "viennese delegation" & "french connection" for travelling to support us <3

Here it is! After two weeks of building & deconstructing our Cap Cavala floor @ Bucht der Träumer, @sarahslomo & I found the time to re-record our set as there were some technical difficulties in the beginning and our time was cut short.
