There is no roadmap, just as there is no genre. Before was fun and important, but it was only one of the preludes. After four shows, we now come to my personal core of this musical cosmos. It becomes electronic. Synthesis and synthesizers. drum machines and vocoders. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. electrified!

Tous les mois, Musical Echoes vous propose deux sélections 100% vinyles : l’une roots/digital et l’autre reggae/dub/stepper, plus actuelle. En ce début d'été, c'est François du Café Sweet Jamaica qui passe dernière la platine ! Depuis 2021, ce passionné de reggae arpente les rues et les marchés de Nantes au guidon de son vélo triporteur qu'il a transformé en espace culturel dédié à la culture yardie : café, rhum, boissons fraiches et bouquins sur le reggae sont disponibles.
Pour cette sélection enregistrée et montée par Badji du Invalved sound system, François remonte la chronologie du reggae, des 50's aux 90's avec des tunes oldies aussi profondes qu'énergiques ! Run it & play it loud !
