Lesheleshele brings a new style of hip hop/rap music fused with African traditional/tribal sounds and rock guitars, he's a Cross between Spokes-H and Mahlathini of SA Hip Hop. Born in December 1981, Lesheleshele, real name Thabang Nhlanhla Khabisi, is a South African rapper/recording artist who was raised in Soweto (Pimville and Klipspruit). Former member of a 10 man hip hop group called BTC (Behind The Container) from Pimville, Soweto, Lesheleshele is highly innovative and professional with a strong expertise in the art of composing original music. He has a keen knowledge of rap and hip hop music genres with a special interest in improvisation and fusion of different musical types. Highly knowledgeable of composing and writing lyrics, a musically talented performer with strong stage presence. Passionate about music with the natural ability to adjust own style to suit different music. He has also toured and performed at several high schools and events in and around Soweto with his former hip hop group BTC.
