Here at Soulvent Records we’re pleased to announce a new compilation album, the 2nd instalment in the Soul Sessions series. With brand new and exclusive tracks from our current roster and returning names, Soul Sessions Vol. 2 further showcases the dynamic and forward-thinking music that we’re all about! True Debreuil aka Ewol is a young drum n bass producer hailing from the east coast of Australia. From this remote area across the world he has made a positive entry in the scene having 3 of his first tunes featured in Noisia's weekly radio show as well as London Elektricity's Hosptial records podcast, showing a clear sign of quality that is soon to come. His tunes have also been supported by a plethora of other well known names in the scene such as Signal, Arkaik, Amoss, Posij and Fre4knc to name a few. With a range of releases set for this year including a debut ep on Uk label Flexout Audio and tracks on Plasma Audio, Ewol is surely one to watch out for!

To say that Document One “defy categorisation” wouldn't quite get across the whole truth. For one thing, it's a cliché, and to use a cliché to describe their brand of gritty, smoky, jazz-inspired, funk-infused dancefloor D&B just wouldn't be right. The next Dispatch LTD instalment heads to the South Coast as we welcome Bournemouth resident Rizzle to the label for his debut release, the ‘Ascension EP’. 

Intricate, crisp drums are offset by deep, melodic chords throughout the release, as Rizzle brings a sophisticated warmness to the fold. 

With techno inspired progression and smooth pads contrasting the fast pace, his music strikes a nerve in opposing settings; chilled, easy listening at home on the one hand, but harboring a dark, subtle groove that causes damage on a club system. 

Rizzle raises the bar with his Ascension EP, teasing between alternating vibes across four rolling tracks, that each leave a soulful glow in their trail.

Extrasensory is a free track, from myself and Nickbee. Track has been done in 2011, it is a result of the internet collab attempt, for the sake of exploring taste compromises.
The atmospherics lean towards the usual signature of planet Zailona, the vast electronic cemetery which has been an outpost for mercenaries for few hundreds of years.
One experimentary shell was found by accident, an abandoned experimental program for expanding inteligency of nearby interfaces. The warm atmosphere kept the program shell 
intact under the pile of android waste. The batteries were filled once again...
