Leteipa the King has used this to generalise the general characteristic/Qualities of the beautiful and strong Maa Ladies all over the globe. In this aspect, he has composed this peace in first person/Direct speech of a poor couple. He shares his love, gratitude and wishes to his lover. Expressing how he feels Insecure yet strong enough to assume rumours and bad omens from neighbours. He has also used all sorts of language authors tricks including satire, Similes etc.

Leteipa has used this contradicting phrase to elaborate a heartbreak situation, where the character in the song is left confused, sick, helpless and stressed with the only option left for survival being drug and substance abuse. He expresses his guilt for being a stubborn patner and list numerouse promises on the changes he would make if given a second chance. Its a global assumption that drug abuse is a medication for heartbreak, but thats obviously a Mythe as the famous Kenya quote states. ' Maswala ya Roho usipelekee maini ama kifua' vaguely meaning matters of heart and feelings should be associated with the liver or lungs (Drinking or smoking respectively). Feel entertain.
