All three tracks take on the spirit of Data Cunch’s depth, while conveying powerfully dynamic rhythmic experiences. Framed Realities returns with a deep and hypnotic statement of modern dub techno.
The title track “No but Still” is pure club energy—lush dub chords, subtle percussion, and haunting female vocals that glide effortlessly through the mix.

On remix duties, Nicolas Duvoisin (Fantastic Friends) strips it down to a sleek, minimal club cut driven by tight grooves and precise breaks.
“I’m If You” carries Barnes’ unmistakable dub signature, pushing forward with that infectious groove he’s known for, while Christian Schiemann delivers a powerful rework built around a booming bassline and airy dub chords—crafted for the early morning dance floor.

The EP closes with “Cooling Framed,” a fresh blend of house warmth and classic dub textures, and “Tire Up,” a slow-burning groover that wraps the release in style.

A quintessential Framed Realities record: timeless dub aesthetics, minimal finesse, and undeniable club appeal.

Nicolas Barnes - I`m If You (Christian Schiemann Remix)

Not so far from the Manchester lights, Gudj finds his inspiration beneath the northern skies of England. He slips away from the noise of everyday life, finding solace among rolling hills, cold air, and endless horizons. It is here that his latest transmissions were captured.

The result is Memories, and Frame Delay, two deeply emotive minimal house journeys that bridge the organic and the cosmic. Pulsing low-end warmth meets delicate high-frequency shimmer, painting a soundscape that feels both human and interplanetary - a reflection of Gudj’s fascination with the spaces between mood and movement.

Accompanying him in his journey, Daniel Meister and Etzu Mahkayah each carve their own paths through Gudj’s sound universe. Daniel stretches the pulse into hypnotic territory, whilst Mahkayah folds time into itself, crafting echoes that seem to move backward and forward at once. Together, they form a constellation of sound.

When the world still echoed with electricity, Nikita was a sound engineer in the research complex “Mischkonsum-07”, where algorithms were developed to suppress psychoacoustic noise — the last weapon of the surviving cities against the chaos of the outer world.

But one of the experiments went out of control. A wave of low-frequency oscillations broke through the protection grid and wiped the memory of an entire sector. Only Nikita survived. His mind retained fragments of that sound — incomprehensible, as if born from the Darkness itself.

Now he calls himself Planctophob — the one who fears the abyss within the frequency. His tracks are attempts to recreate the lost signal — the very pattern that separates consciousness from oblivion.

In the underground networks, his name circulates like a cipher. Those who have heard him live say that the walls begin to tremble, and people start to see dreams that never existed.
