When the All Good Funk Alliance & Qdup boys sent me their dope "Rhythm Is The Master” remix they asked if I’d be interested in doing my own remix as well. 

I had just returned from Paris and remembered that I had found a copy on 12” at Betino’s record store whilst there.

So I decided that I would remix the b-side, so I grabbed a pile of records and went to work.

Wolfgang Lohr and Balduin are back again in 2018 with their newly released electro swing, a real banger. The new EP Imperfection features a Punk Rock guitar in the chorus and is enlivened with crisp vocals by Zouzoulectric. This fifth collaboration between the two artists combines Electro Swing with Rock elements, but retains its authentic retro note with the vintage brass part, backbeat & soft vocals in the verses. Slightly Stoopid announce the official release of Slightly Stoopid & Friends Live At Roberto’s TRI Studios 9.13.11.... It was an honor being invited by the Grateful Dead and Furthur's Bob Weir into his state of the art TRI Studios. Built by our friends at Meyer Sound Labs, and utilizing the technology of their new Constellation sound system, Slightly Stoopid had the privilege to invite some of their close friends and family down to "Roberto's" TRI clubhouse for an unprecedented live webcast and in-studio performance....

Our good friend Tommy Chong came down and hosted the event and provided some "Wisdom". Our extended family of musical guests joining us and playing on the session, features Karl Denson, Ivan and Ian Neville of Dumpstaphunk, Don Carlos, and Bob Weir himself!

The result is a 31 song / 2 set acoustic and electric performance, including behind the scenes rehearsal footage, and a rare interview segment moderated by Tommy Chong and Bob Weir, all offered on high definition limited edition DVD / 2CD set.

Last but not least, a portion of all proceeds will go to benefit 2 charitable organizations whom the band supports: Save The Children and World Food Programme.
