I imagine playing this for some kind of intentional embodiment dance party something like ecstatic dance but more hyped<3 Before a set like this I want to guide dancers through embodiment and nervous system exploration for about 20 mins. Throughout the set, I would give light vocal cues to continue guiding dancers out of their heads and into their bodies so that the music can dance them and any emotions that are moving and ready to be released.

This is a short example of what I would play at my Tender Riots. An early evening dance party for embodied awareness, Tender Riots is a revolution of healing, unity, and expression — a space to break loose, tend deeply, and rise together. We challenge the norms that hold us back and move forward with tenderness, truth, and open hearts. Here, we dance the revolution.

My sets follow some short guidance around exploring our bodies and regulating our nervous systems. I provide some light vocal cues to support dancers in connecting to their bodies and one another throughout the set. These parties happen in the early evenings where drugs and alcohol are not at the center.
