My edit of Alan Sorrenti's classic "Figli delle Stelle" honoring the essence of Sorrenti's 1977 hit, reimaginated  with a laid-back, sun-drenched soundscape that is quintessentially Balearic.

Figli Delle Stelle” was recorded between Italy and California in 1977 and made use of the collaboration of internationally renowned artists including producer Jay Graydon (already working with Al Jarreau, Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross, Marvin Gaye… Also his is the famous guitar riff of the single "Figli Delle Stelle"), David Hungate (Toto) on bass and David Foster on keyboards (who has collaborated with Madonna, Celine Dion, Bee Gees and George Harrison, as well as with Bocelli and Pausini ).

There was David Foster, famous pianist and producer, it was "LA Sound", funky popsoul, the cream of music... and so we created some sonic magic, it was the album Figli delle Stelle, which would trace a path to follow tomorrow.” Alan Sorrenti

In 1978 it was the eighth best-selling album in Italy, driven by the huge success of the single of the same name, one of the first dance songs sung in Italian, which remained at the top of the charts for 6 months.
