The Apukuna Breath Medicine series of mixes is a gift in support of personal healing, transformation and growth. Our breath is the most readily accessible medicine available to us. There are many ways to work with our breath and this series is in support of your practice. These particular breath medicine journeys are inspired by my own practice that is most similar to Holotropic Breathwork. For me, the breathing is deeper, a little faster, only through the mouth and only through the chest. Many others can find great benefit through the nose or using the belly. Best advice... experiment and listen to your body. With love from the mountains.

Agradeciendo en primer lugar a todos los artistas, magos y alquimistas que han tejido con su música y medicina para que esta jornada musical pueda nacer, me regocijo en alegría y resonancia al poner en servicio estas dos horas de bálsamo para el alma y el cuerpo.

Con gratitud recibo y con amor comparto.
Qué resuenen mis aguas es el resultado de un proceso de vida que culmina para renacer en otra etapa crucial. El propósito es dar a conocer más y más esta música y nuevos artistas que con sus aguas ponen a bailar mis aguas.

El tracklist lo compartiré pronto, sin embargo, doy especial agradecimiento a Resueño que con su último album Cacao y la sinergia de mucho(a)s artistas prominentes, inspiró parte de esta jornada.

Resuenan Mis Aguas @(Sensorial Movement)

Recorded Live at the Bali Spirit Festival Gala Opening Party on May 3, 2023, at the Yoga Barn in Ubud Bali.

As soon as the Traditional Balinese Music and Dance were complete, I began to get the party going with some slow Balinese remixes while the crowd of government officials that were attending the ceremonial opening found their way out of the venue as the Ubud dancers and festival goers found their way to the dance floor. A beautiful mix of cultures.

Then we had a blast with some high-vibe music and sweet togetherness! 

In this set, I played what came to mind and had fun mixing on the spot without any plan to begin with. With that, there are a few messy spots, though mostly it was just fun! and more so a lot of magical moments and mixes came together that I couldn’t have planned. You can hear for yourself!

This set is a blend of music from around the world including upbeat funk, house, spiritual downtempo, Latin grooves, hip hop remixes and deep bass. 

There were a few hundred people throughout the night and we all got down together to start the Bali Spirit Festival off in a big way.

Bali Spirit Festival :: Opening Gala Ceremony :: May 3, 2023

This is probably the most personal creation i have ever made
passing through significant gateways of life and death
weaved through one another with great forces 
two weeks ago, while i turned 35 weeks pregnant with my second child, my beloved mother passed away at 67 years old . 
gracfully returning her soul to source and her body to mother earth , we walked her in this transition to the next phase of her existence. 
while this new life coming very soon is pulsing inside me initiating me to my next evolution journey. 
this creation is a part of my process and i dedicate it to this very special and meaningful time of my life.
hope this soundtrack will support you on your journey with grace and connection to spirit. 
with deep intentions of healing and acceptance of any kind of change we are going through our personal and collective experiences .
