Bennet lets the amazing records breathe and create their own highlights. A spring morning where the windows hug the rising sun and the smoke creates suprising patterns.

Track Highlight
One track that stands out for me is ‘Inda’ by Comodo, an alias of Marco Carola. It’s a driving house tool that brings a celestial note to the dancefloor, but over and over subtly explodes in with its driving baseline and always transforms it into a naughty affair.

@jobsifre with this weeks mix. A well known nightlife figure in Amsterdam. His roots in techno give him a steady base to operate from, while his versatility and ability to read the crowd makes it easy for him to adapt. 

With this mix job shows his funky playful side while still keeps the techno rolling and tough an intresting and lovely balance, but knowing job you would see him happily bounce behind the decks while blasting these tracks towards you! <3 

Track highlight

Klubbheads - Klubbhopping

‘’I really enjoy layering vocals and melodies from classic house records onto techno records. Since I am also playing House under my Swift Incorporated moniker, it is really fun to use bits and pieces of this in my job sifre sets too! In this mix I took the classic Klubbheads vocal and looped it, to use it on top of two other tracks. Taking music from one context and see it transform by applying it to a totally different context, is one of my favorite things to do as a DJ. This way you create something recognizable, while at the same time it gives you tools to interact with the crowd with by solo’ing the vocal unexpectedly or doing some fader cuts."
