Combining Americana, Balearica and Space Disco the @flying-mojito-bros are a DJ duo who most certainly stand out in disco scene. It's a winning combination which is in equal counts super fresh and loads of fun. It's also proven to be huge dancefloor success which pre covid saw the Mojito Bros in demand all over the globe.

@hober-mallow is a DJ / Producer / Radio Show host and dedicated digger from Sidney. Well known for his regular edit and remix output here he lands on the always excellent @apparel-music with a rather sumptuous four track EP 'Phased'. One of the archetypes of Italian Dream House Don Carlos is the producer behind one of the scene's most renowned records Alone. Now back producing he has been in strong demand since his return to the scene a couple of years ago. His latest release see's him stepping up to remix New Zealand duo Manuel Darquart, one of the current champions of the dream house sound, for Wolf Music, The result is a truly spellbinding remix which feels both classic and absolutely perfect in 2021. It's a must have for those summer sets.

Brooklyn's Underground System are a band who have been on our radar since we caught their ace 'Just A Place EP' on Soul Clap back in 2019. A powerhouse live experience their latest release see's them land with Razor-N-Tape who are collaborating with French Label Heavenly Sweetness to deliver a series of EP's from the band.

First up is the Into The Fire EP which manages to shoehorn a variety of sounds from Afrobeat to disco to classic yet futuristic New York New Wave. It's a fascinating combination which pays off generously. The label have also drafted in French maestro Yuksek and Detroit head Andres on remix duty and both have delivered in their own inimitable styles.

Marking a decade of @damswindle the duo are back on their own @heistrecordings and will be dropping a trio of EP's across 2022. Titled 'Keep On Swindling' the EP's will feature reworks and remixes of some of their finest ever musical moments alongside some exciting hot out of the studio material. Available on heavy duty vinyl and digital the first release lands on 10th June.

Opening up proceedings 'Keep On Swindling Vol 1' features four divine cuts. There are two brand new tracks 'Body Control' and 'All I Want' alongside remixes of classic Dam Swindle goodies '64 Ways (2022 Mix)' and 'The Break Up' which is remixed by UK jazz star Emma-Jean Thackray.

Check out the premier of 'All I Want' here, a divine slice of Dam Swindle house goodness, with it's warm bassline, choppy keys vocal stabs, hypnotic risers loopy percussion and club ready drums. It's a sublime track as we have always come to expect from one of the most talented duos out there.

We have been keeping an eye on @thesecretsoulsociety for a while now since they popped up on Slightly Transformed with the 'Songs From The Soul Kitchen' album. Since then there have been releases and remixes for Paper Wave, Paper Disco, LV and Hot-Q as well as a steady stream of edits, unofficial remixes and mixes.

@Crackazat has already had an incredible year with the release of his stunning album Evergreen on Freerange which is easily one of the albums of the year so far. Now he is back on @heistrecordings following up his stand-out Alfa EP from last year for them.

The new EP, Demucha lands with three scintillating tracks taking his jazz infused house sound and delivering perfectly for the dancefloor.

Our premier from the EP today is Sarge a delightful house track with it's roots in the 90's courtesy of it's simple but addictive bassline and edgy drums. Belgian producer @maximeraki is back on Tensnake’s ace @trueromancerec label with a dreamy slice of Nu Disco. Don’t get too close is a beautifully produced track blending guitar licks with a bold feel-good synth line, which immediately brings a large smile to the face, and a delicious dreamy vocal courtesy of Coco.

Our premier today sees him teaming up with Bruce Nolan for a sublime slice of feel good summer disco. As part of our ongoing Legends series we asked Black Loops to make us a Worship mix. The brief was to make us a mix based around the music of either an artist, a moment in time or a musical sub genre which has inspired him as an artist.
Black Loops picked a strand of music that we are heavily into at LV HQ, 90's Italian House. From Dream House to proto Deep House he has pulled together a wonderful selection of tracks

Underground Ministries Feat Kenny Bobien - I Shall Not Be Moved features on the latest compilation out of the Midnight Riot camp Take It To Church Vol. 4. A well cherished classic which saw a limited releases via Flatline then Soulfuric back in the late 90's and mid 00's @midnight-riot-records have picked it up to give it a whole new lease of life for 2021.
