This is something that I've done and am doing for myself. It's taken more than a long time for me to get to where I am today. I've been struggling with mental health and the crippling consequences of it for a while now. I've gone through all the methods to try and fix it and make it better. And it has gotten better, but not because of any medication or because of words told to me by someone I'm paying, but through accepting that sometimes the things I feel are out of my control. I may not identify with the certain parts of my mind that cause myself and my surroudings pain, but it is still a part of me and it's okay. And I've always wished that i was more open about it, because it's a big part of who I am and it feels like I'm hiding a lot. And I also wish people could just talk more about the shit going on in their minds and hearts and souls. So this video is me, trying to be me. And me trying to reach out to anyone and everyone who feels the way I do sometimes. Most importantly folks and friends, know you are never a burden, ever, because of things in your mind you can't control. And also, treat yourself with the love you treat others with, becauseeee dammnnn girllll, you're amazing. Truly. My heart and soul is with anyone who feels lost at times, and I'm always here. Shoutout to the beautiful souls in my life who have helped me get to a point where living is easy and wonderful. And shout out to myself, because I love me, finally. #YOUARENOTABURDEN
