Instrumental post rock band LEVT combine mellow and dreamy tones with blazing guitar riffs in an unsettling atmospheric soundscape.

 LEVT released their debut album entitled "Vodälse" on Brick Kiln Records on June 7, 2019. "Vodälse" is a concept album about the journey of birth and its relation to the elements. Each song represents a different stage and mood while taking the listener through diverse musical arrangements. 
With the opening track "Havsjö" the instruments start quietly floating into each other, building up a big wave that loudly breaks in the final moments of the song. "Havsjö" represents the starting point for the exciting journey that follows with the other tracks on the album: "Utryensrömmnum", a spacy-dancy drum-and-bass driven up-tempo song. "Overägno", the heaviest song on the album with its fiery riffing. "Stödagnur", lovely and short with a choral ending. "Avxluta", where the journey ends in a big climax. 

The bands front man and songwriter Sväro Stungett, who wears an oryx mask to hide his real identity, about “Vodälse”: "Besides its concept “Vodälse” is also a very personal album. Having played in different bands before I have never had complete creative control. With LEVT this has changed and I have now the freedom to write the music that I want to along with the concept of the band and our debut album that I had in mind. So one of the personal aspects about “Vodälse” is that it is like a birth a of new musical chapter for me".
