I love deep ambient house and how it can really influence the way you feel in the moment. While one can argue that all music achieves this, I find that ambient music not only takes you there emotionally, it can transform the world around you to fit the sounds coming from the speakers. I haven't had a chance to mix this kind of music together yet so I am really proud of this mix. Sit back, close your eyes, and feel for an hour. Enjoy! 



Off the deep end

Out of cryostasis from my hard drive is a track that throws me around like I'm in a maelstrom. And after so many years feels like a perfect moment to thaw and thrive. Two things an ailing human can do is to dance and to laugh. Activate the body and activate the heart.

Hope is a powerful force that can keep you floating even when you are drowning in despair. That hope is what guides me forward past the pain of loss, and the grieving of a now never potential. Now is the recognition of what is taken for granted. Now is the recognition of what is deserved. Now is the longing for more than what was had, but may not ever come fully. So I hope for ever more.

This is my submission to the Tipper and Friends Dj Competition. I was happy that the criteria centered around chill and down-tempo music as it is my favorite type of music to mix. These songs in particular give you a view into my heart. A nexus of technology and the spirit. If you're enjoying yourself then you'll be glad to know there is so much more to come. The future is uncertain and bright, and I am embracing it.

It's been a hot minute since I released my last mix. Thank you to everyone who enjoyed it! While my last mix focused on the stories from my soul, this one follows a different narrative.  This one focuses mostly on the love in my heart. These songs embody my love and appreciation for living and being alive. Life is hectic but never forget that life is also special, and sometimes you need to have hectic times to remind you of just how special being alive is.

Deep house mix I made yet never released. circa 2019. And yet 6 years on, the relevance of the message still rings through. The intention behind the creation still spurs the same feelings, now with added seasoning and age. Find relevance in the past, keep teaching the future.

I put this together in a moment of what I now see as peace in my life. When the ebbs and flows were one, and the future couldn't be brighter. Now it seems like that feeling is stored in the vibration; and I, as we all, could use a bit of brightness in our lives. Keep going.
