Bio:
Lewis Fautzi, whose real name is Luis Gonçalves, was born in 1991 in Barcelos, Portugal. 

Luis spends most of the time in the studio and he is so prolific that his productivity could only benefit from actually sleeping there. He's full of ideas and is driven by a huge will to create, innovate and make his mark on the electronic music scene.

He started deejaying and producing at an early age and has so far released work on labels such as his own Faut Section, Soma Records, Soniculture, Resopal Schallware, Labrynth, Slap Jaxx or Spark Musik.
In recent years, he has been in the lab listening to the finest techno from all around the world, taking in influences from the 90's all through to nowadays, which allows him to create his own interpretation of all those styles. The dance scene in Portugal, especially in the north, was his motivation and helped him to kick-start his career, allowing him to have a fuller and more meaningful understanding of techno and electronic music.

As a result of his constant evolution and search for his unique sounds, he recently created his very own live show. A hypnotic show where techno goes deep, dark and industrial, transporting you into an amazing electronic experience.

The 195th Global Vibe Radio voyage sees PoleGroup mainstay and Faut Section label boss Lewis Fautzi at the helm for one hour of high-intensity, trippy, mental techno.

Lewis Fautzi has had a meteoric ascension in the global techno scene like a projectile fired into space at the speed of light. Establishing the norm of releasing on well-respected labels, his discography began with a 2013 release on Soniculture followed by a lineage of releases on classic techno label Slam ́s imprint Soma Quality, including his debut LP "The Gare Album" that received consistent support and play-time from none other than Jeff Mills.

Lewis Fautzi didn't stop there. Next came releases on Len Faki's Figure, Oscar Mulero's Warm Up Recordings, BPitch Records and regular contributions to PoleGroup, a label that he now calls his home. On top of continuing to release on these esteemed imprints, Fautzi went on to launch his very own Faut Section label, all the while maintaining a busy touring schedule that sees him perform at the world's most respected techno events.
