A sombre piece with a gradual build into a tense crescendo. Pianos, cellos and strings. I was trying to build a sense of tension through layering the instruments.

Requiem For Optimism

I created this piece after watching a film (I can't remember which now) whereby a giant creature rises after being downed by humans. It was this rising that gave me the idea for this tune.

Waking the Beast

I wrote this piece shortly after my Nan passed away a few years ago. Watching her go was one of the most upsetting days in my life and I wanted to do something to remember her. This was it.
