I made this when I was working on The Adytum, which was called Kloeshi back then. The lyrics are a poem written by a 7-year old girl who lived at St. Joseph's Children's Home in Louisville, KY. I wish I knew her name. I thought the poem was beautiful and translated it into the fake language I was creating at the time and sung it to this melody that emerged was I was filming her recite her poem for Mary Carothers' Collaborative Projects class. I wasn't in the class, but I was happy I got to meet these very interesting, poetic children. 

I still remember the poem:

I am a cat
that meows and hisses.
I am going home
to play and sleep.

I am a sheep
who baas and baas.
I will walk and walk
to heaven.

I just learned the word, "quodlibet." It means something like "whatever pleases," but is technically just a fancy word for "mashup."
