11 yro me suffering from sh listening to this song on repeat crying themselves to sleep. Im 16 now and sh clean for 9 months still listening to this song. The only difference is that i dont cry myself to sleep with this song on full volume anymore

Nightcore - Stupid and Anxious

"A little while ago, when I was still going to therapy, my therapist told me when I have really bad thoughts or just have a lot of issues or things that I'm dealing with at the time (maybe short term stuff, or maybe long term stuff), he said that it was a really good idea to write it down. Not use your computer, but to actually, physically write it out. And while I haven't gone to therapy in a little while for various reasons, I was going through my garage and I was cleaning stuff out a couple weeks ago, and I found my old notebook. And I don't know when I wrote this, but I've been kinda writing in this journal for I almost I would say a couple years now, and what I would do, was when I was feeling particularly suicidal, or when I was just, ya know, kinda just a little overcome with just being depressed for such a long time. What I would do is I would write suicide notes. Just because when you write a suicide note and you kinda limit yourself to a couple page, it's always interesting to see what comes out as far as like, what really matters to you. If you only had a couple pages to close your life, what would you say? So, I found this one and I thought it was particularly poignant, and I thought somehow I could use it in some musical capacity, to kinda translate it to show you all, even though it's very personal. I was gonna make a stupid little ukulele ballad, but ultimately I don't think this is something to really joke about.
