The Clamps is back on Karnage Records with a 4 tracks EP, delivering a full spectrum of extreme music, spiced with Modern production, Oldschool flavours and Noise research.
"Nergal" is probably his more extreme track, insufflating breakbeats into a roller coaster of kicks, while "Hunting Fear" slows down the BPM to something more industrial, in a mechanical catalepsy.
He gives us a revision of "Run & Hide", originally done by Hysta, pushing it into an eternal turbulence of noise.
And to finish, "Even In Hell" is a tribute to 90's Terrorcore, to close this EP in a cathartic explosion.

Biographie syndrome: Artiste dj originaire de l'est de la France, dj syndrome aka Leyem joue aussi bien sur vinyle, platine cd ou serato. Sa rencontre avec la culture "rave" s'est passée dans le courant de l'année 2002 au Zenith de Nancy, dans une soirée qui s' appelait "pulsamix". Étant depuis son plus jeune âge fan de hardrock ou encore durant son adolescence de pund ou de métal, le choc fut in
évitable, le coté dark, dur et brut mais a la fois convivial de ce genre de soirée lui a tout de suite plut! Apres quelques années a écumer toutes les soirées du coin, il décida d' acquérir ses propre platines vinyle et commença un entrainement intensif, la machine est lancée.... En 2008 il crée avec Pierre aka The Final Drip et flow l' association Rskp Sound 6tem qui a pour but de promouvoir notre musique par le biais d' événements en extérieur aussi bien qu'en intérieur, en essayant le plus possible de prouver aux gens qu'on peut aimer cette musique sans forcement être 1 défoncé.... Ce qui n' est pas chose aisée...Depuis Pierre a quitté l' assoce pour des raisons personnelles, mais elle s'est renforcée avec l' arrivée de Samuel aka G-Nocide et de quelque bénévoles.  Depuis 2013 l' association Rskp s'est dissoue et a laissée place a une nouvelle assoce encore plus motivée: Neo Factory!!! Ils organisent environ une dizaine d'événements par ans, plus ou moins gros en exterieur (dans des free ou des festivales), ou en intérieur (dans des discothèques, des salles de concerts ou des bars).Ses styles musicaux sont assez variés mais restent toujours assez violent, n'étant pas fan des grandes mélodies, il joue de l' indus/hardcore, en passant par l' u.k. ou le frenchcore. Depuis peu il aime aussi jouer de la techno ou de la hard techno sous le nom de The Smuggler, pour se diversifier 1 peu et toucher 1 plus large public. Depuis quelque temps avec son compère G-Nocide, ils ont monter 1 projet commun appelé Technical Fault pour ne faire qu'un lors de leurs nombreuses représentations en battle. Syndrome a côtoyé en soirées des dj comme: Tieum, Hellfish, Producer, Radium, Day Mar, The Outside Agency, The Punisher, Section Grabuge, The Mastery, etc...ce qui lui a permis d' acquérir une certaine expérience... Il se tourne maintenant vers la production pour mixer ses propres morceaux.
1er ep solo sortit en octobre 2016 sur Vindicta le label de Bartoch, et vient ensuite un morceau sur un ep various artist pour la soirée Harder.
