Ellissir born from a deep passion for sci-fi sounds, creating a musical universe that explores new dimensions and futuristic themes. This project originated within the context of the artist's career, which previously included experience as Russ (Arg), a prior project that served as a platform for experimentation and development. 

Ellissir has grown and established its own identity within the music scene. This maturation and evolution are evident in two significant releases "Legends of Hyperrealism" and "Reflejos Distorsionados." These works were released by two respected and prestigious labels in their field: Legend 1997, led by David Reina, and Speculations Ltd., led by Pulso. 

Ellissir's music has received substantial support within the industry, recognized for its ability to blend futuristic elements with an innovative approach. Through these releases, he has captured the attention of a specialized audience that appreciates avant-garde sounds, reaffirming its position in the contemporary music landscape.

Berlin based producer CONCEPTUAL is back home after his Not an easy one Ep, again providing his own vision on techno, full of sonic landscapes, detail and intelligence.

Release starts with Approach slowly a brief atmospheric intro that sets the pace for what comes next in Il silenzio degli innocenti introducing the rhythmic pulse from the first bar with almost all elements into he equation, this is a minimalistic tool where percussive elements evolve in a subtle manner all over the arrangement.

No more excuses continues in the mood, adding more spice to the formula with reverberated details, growing mental sequences and the usual complex groove. Intense and mental all in one.

Sand fury follows, with atmospheres colliding with rugged components, evolving all together in a progressive arrangement, a superb tool to enhance your mixes properly.

Miles per hour introduces you into another sonic realm, using elastic synth lines, a wise reverb work and a sensation of infinite space combined with floor intensity. Again a proper intelligent missile for the adequate dancefloors out there.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Russ (ARG) started his DJ career in 2017.  Over the past eight years, Russ’s talent and perseverance led him to share the stage with internationally renowned artists such as Xhei, Kølpøs, and Mariano DC. 

Unsatisfied with just DJing, however, Russ delved into music production, and, soon after, he released his debut track with Cristian Varela on London’s Emphatic Records. Most notably, Russ collaborated with Mariano DC on the powerful Assassin’s Syndicate EP released on Brazil’s Primitive State Records.

Russ continues to evolve his unique sound, dropping EPs on Signal Records, Emphatic Records, Selected Records, 091 REC, Primitive State, Volk Edition, Ethnic Meeting records, and many others.

GEKIGA PODCAST EP 05 - Russ (ARG)

Jerónimo Jorge Aka Lezther is an Argentine DJ/Producer, born in 1998.  
His first contacts with electronic music were when he was a teenager, experimenting with various genres,  and then finding his passion within Techno.  
He began to enter the world of production at the end of 2022, with 2023 being where he achieved great  improvement after completing a degree in music production at Escuela Sonica and taking classes with  some of its references.  
He has released his music on the labels Soma, TMM, Concepto Hipnotico, DarkForest, Ethnic Meeting,  Dissolved Mind and Despair Scape labels.  
His sound is defined by being hypnotic, dark and mental, focusing on movement, modulations and  textures, generating mental and immersive results.  
His sessions are characterized by maintaining a very mental, hypnotic and dark line, with a large amount  of atmosphere and texture, where he seeks to mix a more powerful and forceful style of techno together  with layers of SCI-FI sounds to create an atmospheric, powerful and mental journey, highlighting  equalization and long-lasting mixes to maintain a good level of energy and progressively enter the most  intense and dark climates.

This is the 8th episode of our monthly podcast 'Nachtstrom Sessions' mixed by Oliver Rosemann!

Oliver is a German techno artist who has been exploring his sound for many years. Over the time, he has made numerous releases on the most famous labels in the scene. Including many 12“ records, studio albums and also remixes for respected artists.

His music is characterized as dark, dirty and hypnotic. You can hear his tracks at the hands of the most famous DJs in clubs around the world. Or by himself, he is also traveling internationally and playing DJ sets or live sets.

Since 2021 he has been running the label “Recorded Things”, which has since gained a strong reputation among new and established artists. Here you can also recognize the sound that Oliver distributes.

Music connects like-minded producers in the scene so Oliver is involved in various collaboration projects. He works with Pfirter, Alexander Kowalski and Jonas Kopp and has released plenty of EPs with them.

Nachtstrom Sessions #08 - Oliver Rosemann (18.04.2025)

@oscarmulero is one of those artists whose sound is immediately identifiable. It has had an unwavering depth, headiness and atmospheric richness to it for more than 30 years, which is a remarkable achievement few can match. A famous non-conformist, the Spaniard's top-tier three-deck mixing skills and ability to distil techno to its most hypnotic form have also long stood him apart, as have his Polegroup and Warm Up labels.

Mulero's consistency of sound means you know what you're going to get with this mix: spaced-out, layered and deep techno brilliance. Whether more dubby and roomy or glitchy and intense, it's music for both mind and body from one of the scene's most low-key but high-class veterans. Turn it up loud and look forward to more of the same when he plays at Dekmantel Festival later this year.
