Mono Club’s debut single, Sky High and Submarine, went straight onto the 6Music playlist, where it stayed for over a month. Steve Lamacq has described them as one of his favourite new bands and they have received widespread support across 6Music and Radio X.

Their next single, Memory Critical, will be released on LGM Records later this year.

WELFARE is the vehicle for the songs of Pat Whelan, originally from Doncaster in Yorkshire, England, now living and working off-grid in the Welsh Marches. The "Useful Toil" EP is a retrospective collection of four songs taken from the first four WELFARE EPs, on limited edition (250) 7" vinyl through Manchester label Box Bedroom Rebels and digital download/ streaming through LGM Records in London.
