Spanning drum and bass, techno, electro, breaks, and acid textures, this mix explores the dark frequencies of consciousness through layered percussion, hypnotic basslines, and raw transitions. Rooted in the shadows of Colombian mysticism, Aluna Negra is forged in the undercurrents of the rave culture - a ritual of bass and machine, where memory moves and time bends.

Recorded live by TEYUNA, this is a sonic invocation from the in-between: the borderlands of culture, identity, and energy.

Mafs - 1992 session - After Dark Radio 49.5 - Sunday 17th August 2025

A very experimental, one-off release that doesn’t quite fit into any genre. There are influences from Industrial, Hip-Hop, and IDM, but the result doesn’t quite fit into any of them.
These four tracks were made around 10 years ago, at a time when I was still exploring music production but already realizing it wasn’t for me. I never really considered myself a producer, and after this I stopped making music altogether. Still, there’s something about these strange tunes, I think it's the 'no rules' and 'in-between-genres' energy that I like and that made me want to share them now. Maybe someone out there will connect with them in their own way.

I've done this new mix. 93-95 jungle. Lots of tunes I've loved since back in the day,  plus a couple dubs from legendary producers - one a VIP mix of a huge Bukem track, the other an unreleased version of one of my favourite atmospheric tunes of all time. The producers gave me these dubs to play many moons ago, so it's high time I gave them their respect due on a mix. This is dedicated to Zoe.
