Hello!  My name is Liam, and this is my first released demo for one of my songs. 

I wrote this song with my mom and dad.  I did the lyrics and vocal melodies with their guitar playing.
This song is not based on my personal life (as I'm only 17 right now)and I wrote it not even from my own perspective, but most of my songs are about my personal life.  But I LOVE this song and I can imagine a cool Music Video in my head for it lol.
I record everything in this song/demo with my phone, then just compiled it on GarageBand and added a bit of reverb.

I have been writing songs for nearly 2 years and have over 120 other songs that I'm dying to share, most of I composed 100% myself!  I am currently using GB, like I said, and use MIDI pianos. I'll share another demo in a few days, fingers crossed.

BTW, I have a music channel on YouTube where I’ve done my FIRST Music Video & cover on for ‘Chasing Cars’ by Snow Patrol (recorded in my parents home studio with live instruments and a good mix!!)

A bit about my music! :

I started writing songs back in 2019 when I was 13 - one of my songs is called “When I Was 13” btw 😆 - and have been writing pretty much ever since.  Probably well over 100-120 songs now, but that number is snowballing up ever day it now.  I just can’t stop writing!  I’ve been recording some demos with GarageBand to get my ideas down.

I write the lyrics to everything, plus I compose the actual music I’d say 95% of the time on my keyboard.  However, I do write some songs with my dad and mom, with them playing guitar and me coming up with melodies and lyrics from there (my parents make music too). So I’ll make sure leave a note on each track on here, as to who contributed what to each song.

For a loooong time, I wanted somewhere to put my songs.  So now I’ll have a place to compile all my demo material and get somewhat of an online catalog!  My thinking is to just put everything I’ve ever written on here, and see what sticks.  My new stuff is best tho 😊.  I hope I will get some feedback from some people also!
