Tomorrow

This has always been my favorite Christmas song, so re-mixing it made sense. Aubrey Prunty recorded the vocals for a release in 2007 but things didn't work out. She recently came back in to re-record some of the current vocals and I worked a bit on tightening up programming, compression, etc. I hope you like it, it's also a free download!

Help is On the Way

This is the 3rd cue for a score in a documentary about the water crisis in Ndola, Zambia. My direction for this piece was to write something hopeful, melodically addictive and simple.

Zambia's Song

This cue (for the film "Zambia's Song") was scored to shots that are incredibly depressing. Abigail is a girl that grew up in Zambia drinking contaminated water. The UN just released a statistic that more people die from unsafe water than all of the World Wars...combined.

This is the 5th cue for a film I scored about the water crisis in Zambia. Tobiah Murphy came in and added some great violin that changed the mood and tenor of the track - I really like what he did. It's simple, but elegant.

Against the Odds

Something new for 2009 - Cello is my favorite instrument so it's all over this track.

Hunted

Part of a score I'm writing - the film is about sex trafficking in Southeast Asia.

Bangkok

My friend AJ and I co-authored the score for a film called "Love Costs Every Thing" in the Spring of 2011. The film is feature length documentary that takes a provocative look into the world of Christian persecution. Today, I realized I hadn't shared this track - and it was one of my favorites because of the unique tone it takes - the scene for this track takes place in a church that had just been bombed by Al-Quaeda in Baghdad the month prior - lots of spaced ambience, sorrow and tension in this one.
