Twenty years ago, Tango very kindly gave me some .wavs of his old unreleased gems - Revelations being one of them. I was very fortunate and honoured to be given those dubs - especially Revelations. Brilliant - one of my all-time favourite tracks. I cut it to plate and played it out at gigs a few times over the years, but never on a mix. 
Ever since I got it, I was planning to do this three-turntable mix with Revelations as the final tune. I had the intro and outro mixes mapped out in my mind, plus a few in the middle. I decided I'd call it Fade to Black. Years went by, and me being a procrastinating perfectionist, I still hadn't gotten around to doing it. Then I saw that Revelations is finally being released, so it reminded me. I thought I'd better finally get that mix outta my system - lol. Hope you enjoy. I was really tired tonight, but I fired up the decks and threw down some darkage to get in the spirit. Just grabbed whatever records were close at hand and mashed em up.  because I was so tired and it was so late, it's a short mix. Hold tight for a proper Samhain mix coming in a couple days

I did this for Junglizm Crew's Mix Series - my first ever digital mix - using Traktor timecoded vinyl on my Tech 12"s + an ancient Pioneer 800 CDJ. Usually I play mostly vinyl and acetate -  so at some points  I fucked up trying to pitch ride on the Pioneer  :D  - Oops!
