This song is very intimate to me and my journey towards finding myself. It took what felt like death to discover my truth and find my breath. I was living my life for other people and I forgot about myself. I think the dark days, the trenches, the pain...I believe they are all for a purpose, but it feels so good to breathe again. I hope this song resonates with people who are struggling to speak up for themselves. To me, there is nothing more important than living your absolute truth.
