Libero Records head Dan Costello steps up with All About House EP (LBR093), a statement release that captures the essence of the label’s groove-driven ethos. The title track, “All About House,” is a stripped yet infectious roller, powered by crisp percussion, hypnotic low-end, and a strong vocal accent - a pure dance-floor weapon. Its B-side, “Don’t Stop Me,” keeps the formula tight but adds a slightly more driving edge, pushing the energy into peak-time territory. On the remix, rising talent Omari injects a deeper flavour, reworking the original into a late-night cut with slick drum programming and atmospheric flair.

French talent Malikk returns with When The Morning Comes EP, a sophisticated two-tracker that blends his signature groove with a deep energy.
The title track, When The Morning Comes, is a rolling house cut driven by hypnotic percussion, a warm bassline and soulful vocal touches, built perfectly for sunrise dance-floors. Its counterpart La Luz carries the same refined rhythm and character with a more rolling edge, pushing Malikk's sound into deeper, more atmospheric territory while keeping the groove front and centre.

Making his debut on Libero, Oxford-based Gibraltarian producer, Jezen. Following on from an impressive stream of releases, ‘The Things You Know’ EP delivers an exceptional combination of original club cuts, both tracks already played by Marco Carola, Loco Dice and more - supplemented by a remix from Leicestershire talents, Murphy’s Law.

‘Like You Should’ takes the shape of a late-night mood setter. A quintessential Music On-esque number - often a treat for the earlier dancefloor descendants - comprising a potent mixture of percussive factors, punchy kicks, and crisp rhythms. Throwing a pinch of the early 2010s deep house flavour in with its bassline and synth melodies; a steady groover that leaves a lasting effect.

‘The Things You Know’ turns the momentum up slightly, adding more roll and shuffle into the mix. Crammed with atmospheric scenes and injections of cadent flair. Continuing the fashion of strong, reminiscent melodic undertones, yet another standout track with indisputable impact.

Completing the triple threat, Murphy’s Law remix of the title track injects yet another layer of energy into the release. A robust adaptation of ‘The Things You Know’ with a constant, blistering low end and raw harmonics offer a gritty alternative to an already definitive piece of music. With hints of UK Tech character dotted throughout, the increasingly-popular duo rounds off the release nicely.
