Having released serious heat on the likes of Mighty Force, Ping Disc and Moatun 7, Confine is a sublime 4 track EP that straddles the lines between Acid, Electro & IDM.

The record kicks off with the majestic title track Confine (+) beautiful & shimmering with hallmarks of early UK techno and break laden IDM that sets the scene for what’s to come.

Next up is the atmospheric brilliance of Outbreak (++) an almighty track that will take you to a far-off place, with some delicate acid work for those 303 nuts, seriously good!

On the flip we find Alastria (-) and the ominous sounding Omichron (- -) both of which fire up thunderous breakbeats and otherworldly synth lines together with some acid from the dark side.

All in all a superbly crafted EP from this exciting newly emerging artist.

"I recorded this mix during the last days of Summer in Berlin and Leo season going into Virgo – it was an abrupt change, so it feels transitional. The vibe is "I'm still holding on to Summer" but I'm also moving on. The selection incorporates both uplifting outdoor-rave-euphoria tracks and indoor bangers for the club – from house to electro."

About the artist:
Originating from Italy and Indonesia, Tempestfeather is a music selector, writer and creative based in Berlin.

Growing up between Europe, Asia, and Africa, Tempestfeather developed a natural flair for wide-ranging and nuanced storytelling. Exposed to an unpredictable blend of cultures, she cultivated an early interest in rhythm and sound, both musically and linguistically. After training in classical guitar and performing as a vocalist in rock bands, she explored the realm of electronic music, honing her craft as a DJ – and never looked back.

As a music selector, her sound was conceived in Cairo, shaped in London and refined in Berlin. Drawing on a diverse range of influences, Tempestfeather’s DJ sets blend tempos and style in a polychromatic, textured sonic experience – leaning towards a left-field, bass-heavy sound that is not bound by genres.
