Este mago de los sonidos con apenas unas referencias ha conseguido estar en el punto de mira de todos los amantes del techno. A su primer disco 2x12 en el sello alemán Nachtstrom Schallplatten que no dejó indiferente a nadie, le sigue un lanzamiento en Granulart Recordings y recientemente otro en Tsunami Records, "Elementary Particles" es el nombre del último ep de varios artistas que incluye su track llamado "Sedna 90377", Techno áspero y oscuro con ese toque inconfundible de Kølpøs.

This wizard of sounds with just a few references has managed to be in the sights of all lovers of techno.

Venezuela, Italy, and Argentina have all witnessed the evolution of Michel Lauriola, one of the most consistent and respected names in contemporary Techno. Based in Buenos Aires, he has established himself as a producer and resident artist at Under Club, the country’s most important techno institution.
With a solid career spanning more than 20 years as a DJ and over a decade as a producer, Michel has released on heavyweight labels such as Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Kazerne (Mord), Faut Section, Aine - Polegroup, Planet Rhythm, Soma, Edit Select, Modularz, Immaterial, and Children of Tomorrow. His talent has taken him to renowned booths around the world, including Tresor (Germany), The Glasgow School of Art (Scotland), Razzmatazz (Spain), Fabrik (Spain), Moderna Club (Colombia), Techno Tuesday (Netherlands), among many others.
Michel’s story began with a rock band and a drive to study Sound Engineering, but it was techno that ultimately captivated him and became the driving force of his artistic path. Today, his style seamlessly blends hypnotic and hard techno, reflecting years of sonic exploration while preserving his unique identity.
Behind the decks, Michel is known for building immersive atmospheres and forging a direct connection with the crowd. Influenced by artists such as Marco Remus, Mauro Picotto, Reeko, Kamikaze Space Program, and Rrose, his sound weaves an intricate mosaic of inspirations into a distinct and unmistakable signature.
In 2023, Michel has been especially active, curating all-night-long sets and sharing his expertise as an instructor at Escuela Sónica, where he mentors emerging talents. His latest creation, “Bióticos”, draws inspiration from nature’s textures and sensations, transforming them into a sonic journey that celebrates the delicate balance of life.
With deep roots in the Argentine techno scene and his eyes firmly set on the future, Michel Lauriola continues to expand his presence within the global techno community, preparing upcoming releases and delivering music that stands as a prelude to the euphoria he brings to dance floors worldwide.

Awakenings Podcast S373 - NEUX

Agustín is a music lover who, since 2002, has explored various projects and bands. In 2012 he began his path as a DJ and producer, finding in Ableton Live his main tool both in the studio and on stage. He studied music and production techniques with renowned artists who shaped his artistic vision. Under the alias Astral Disorder, his work seeks to transform chaos into sonic geometry: a hypnotic and textural form of techno that balances tribal energy with cosmic exploration. Since 2021 he has been an active member of Ucker Records, a label with which he shares an avant-garde and experimental vision. 

Throughout his journey, he has had the honor of sharing releases and stages with artists. The universe of Astral Disorder is both mystical and visceral: layers of sound that reveal fractals, shadows, and light—an experience that invites the listener to lose themselves in the intensity of the dancefloor and to rediscover themselves in silence.
